The only issue with mixing will be over hang if you use the mini tank on the nano box, also the nano tanks will be just a few mm smaller than the mini box. Not really an issue unless you are looking for that perfectly flush look.
Doubt it, Im pretty sure this is the mini version of the Kbox and Subtank plus kit. Not saying they wouldnt make a bigger version of the Subox, I just dont think the fact its called a mini means theyre going to make a Plus version of the mini.
Not at all. It's perfectly flush with the kbox. its a weird size (25mm) and that's the only tank I've seen personally thay fits it flush.
No the Kbox was made to be 25mm just like the Plus and Original Subtank, they were made to match each other. The thing about a Plus version of the Sub ox is I dont see what that would add to the Kbox-Subtank combo other than aesthetic differences. It would be the same size, which Im imagining the sub ox will be the same size as the kbox, I dont see how it could be any smaller. Maybe thinner on the battery comparment part. Likewise with a nano subox, it cant really be any smaller, the only thing that would change would be the tank on it.
I could see them maybe making the mod 25mm deep its whole width. some people weren't crazy about the uneven form factor of the kbox. also adding an actual screen on board would be a nice addition.
I dont really get the uproar about the screen. I hardly ever look at the screens on my mods, and if I do its to change the wattage when I put a new flavor but the Kbox tells you the watts, just not on a screen. The only reason Id like one is to check resistance for building. I just use one of my other mods to do that but it'd be nice to be able to do it on the mod Im building on. I dont really care about the usb thing either, I dont want to charge my batteries with the mods charger, I just dont trust its going to do as good a job or be as safe as my battery charger.
My biggest reason for wanting a screen on version 2 is to check my resistance while I'm vaping. if something happens (ccoils gunked up, short, etc) it'd be easier to tell on the fly. As it is i just pull my tank off the mod and put it in my dedicated ohm meter. I really don't care about usb charging either, so honestly a tiny screen would do it for me.
