well i sent my subox back today. I also discovered what the rattling was. when i took the battery out the top screw in the back fell out. I will wait to hear what 101vapes will do about it. I hope i either get a working one or can get a refund and wait for the spring load to come out. In the meantime i have placed an order for an mvp 3.0pro. I figure a couple extra mods never hurt anybody... right?

Only hurts in the wallet, though my wife may hurt me if I buy anymore mods.

I'm debating getting the new istick with temp control but want to wait for a few reviews to come out. I like the size and shape of the isticks as an on-the-go mod but want to make sure the temp control works and that it isn't a firebomb like the 50 was.

I am deathly afraid of rodents, I don't know why but they scare the hell out of me. If a mouse gets spotted in my house I'll set like 80 traps and sleep at a friends house until it's caught. I see the blood lust in his little BB eyes.
I'm exactly the same way. But I know why I'm that way. I saw those rodent movies (Willard, Ben) way too many times when I was too little to see them. I'm also afraid of the dark and Linda Blair.

I remember those two movies as so scary, I was probably 7 when I first saw Willard and couldn't sleep because I thought I felt rats touching my feet all night for like two weeks after.

Hi there, @Rixsta! No worries whatsoever. Yes, I have used my black ops STM on the Mega batt with great success. It was actually my original reason for purchasing the Subox kit. (before the separate tanks were even close to being available) There is a gap but it's so minute, you can't tell without holding up to the light. Now this is with the prebuilt OCC coils, mind you. I have not attempted the RBA just yet. I will try when it's refill time and get back to you with that info.
Thanks for that, I may have to clone your idea and go with the black ops design too, if you don't mind, as it looks to dam nice not to. I'll be sure to let you know. Thanks again :thumb:

Soo, I jumped the gun and ordered a white subox. Mainly bc it looks like a stormtrooper and I have really liked kanger products in the past. It should be here Tuesday or Thursday. My question is I'm currently using the v2 itaste which has done me well for over a year but de over it. I have two 18650 batteries that I haven't used in over a year from my first vamo mod. The batteries are charging fine as we speak! Are they still good to use or should I look into getting some replacements? Any input would be appreciated! Thanks!

    What batteries are they?
Do you know what voltage the batteries were at before charging or when charging started? Odds are they're OK but if they dropped too low (in voltage) over that time then they might have gotten damaged. You might see them not last very long when vaping.

Always safest to get new batteries though. Especially if they weren't higher amp batteries like the Samsung 25R, etc.

thanks for they response. They are cgr18650ch I believe it's a Panasonic 3.7v 2250mah. I'm not sure what the charge was on them but they are fully charged on my i2 nitecore in less then 30 mins. Never really had a problem with them but it has been a while some I've used them

Unfortunately, you won't be able to use those batteries with your Subox Mini kit. Those are great 10A battteries but you can easily draw 15A with that mod and those Panasonics will not like that. :) Best to get a couple of Samsung 25R's. A solid 20A cell and decent capacity.
