New Kanger EVOD 2 eGo Bottom Dual Coil Changeable 1.7ml - BLACK
Kanger has come out with a bottom dual coil version of its popular EVOD changeable bottom coil line:
- Chief difference is it now is a dual coil design. It utilizes the same exact replaceable dual coil heads as the ProTank 3 and AeroTank.
- It is slightly longer by maybe 2mm in length and provides 1.7ml capacity as opposed to the EVOD's 1.5ml capacity.
- Kanger advertises this as providing slightly better air flow.
- Kanger advertises that it has almost eliminated leakage possibilities. Some of the complaints of the original EVOD is that it could tend to leak more readily.
- The Kanger EVOD 2 boasts the ability to change out the original sloping 510 drip tip with virtually any other 510 drip tip of your choice. Of course, your mileage may vary.
- The Kanger EVOD 2 has a poly carbonate clear tube allowing juice fill levels through two windows on the outer aluminum shield. Please be careful therefore as some more acidic juices may cause cracking.
Overall Kanger has been bringing out hit after hit in the clearo segment and this appears to continue that trend. If you already use their Pro tank variations and the Aero tank you can interchange the same heads. It also appears that the EVOD bases available also work with the EVOD 2, that they too might be interchangeable. We also sell the EVOD bases separately.
The Kanger EVOD 2 is an eGo clearomizer and does not provide a 510 connection so if you are using it with a mod that has no eGo threading you will need to purchase an eGo to 510 adapter (available here at GotVapes). Even if you do have a MOD with eGo threading it may not be a bad idea to keep an eGo to 510 adapter handy Justin case the well is a bit deep and a good 510 connection cannot be made readily.
Comes with a 1.5ohm Kanger dual coil installed. To fill simply invert the EVOD after removing from your PV, fill down the sides but do not get any down the middle metal air tuve. It is recommended to refill or top-off your EVOD when you go below 1/3rd full.
