Ok 9 days off the analogs now to my purchase of the 400mh Jacvapour VGO2 starter kit. Very happy with it and I will be purchasing more from them as it works for me!

The voltage as far as I know on a manual battery from them is 4.3v? Im no tech guy but this gives me a good hit and with the 1.8 nicotine juice it seems just about the right strength....its working well obviously as im not missing the cigs at all!! Im amazed!!

Im already thinking of my 2nd kit...I realise that Jacvapour has 808 stuff which means im limited to what I can buy in the UK and sort of have to get everything (apart from juice) from them...which is fine as im saving loads not buying cigs anyway.

For a 2nd kit im looking at getting the more standard 510 battery with a longer life 900mh+ would probably prefer 1100 or 1300 really for home use for less charging.

Im concerned about buying somthing like E-Liquid and Electronic Cigarette Shop - Category Listings or Ego 1300 Batteries [VE607] - £15.99 : Vape Escape but concerned they are only 3.7v and as im used to a 4.3v it wouldnt give me the same hit as im getting now?

Would I be better off getting a EGO spinner like this? E-Liquid and Electronic Cigarette Shop - Category Listings

To go with the 510 battery im looking at some EVOD tanks? are they the best.....ive heard people say an EGO + EVOD tank is a great combo....but what confuses me is the Ohm....whats best!? 1.8 2.5 2.8? I dont know whats the difference...

Any advise would be greatly appriciated.

I have used an eGo with an EVOD clearomiser. It's good-ish. People say it's the best in the way that people drink Nescafe and think it's good coffee.

A Spinner (or even an MVP v.2) with a good pyrex tank will consign ego + evod to the history books, where it belongs. Old tech now.

Ok if im reading up right...something like this set up would be decent?

Battery - Vision Spinner 1300 MAH - Batteries & Chargers - What do you mean by not getting chrome? Do you mean the silver one? Would it be better to get the black one? Also whats an MVP v.2?

Tank - Protank 2 - Clearomizers - Is this a pyrex tank? Would this be right? Are these as easy to use as clearomizers?

Just looking to really get a good kit together thanks.

Yes the black one the numbers won't wear out. Sorry I meant Stainless Steel the numbers wear out.

It's a glass clearomizer which means "acidic" juices can't damage it. I tried it but didn't like it. There are 2 types of clearomizers- bottom coil (ProTanK)= cooler vape cuz coil is further from the mouth. The 2nd type is top coil= warmer vape.
With most clearomizers the head (wick+ element) can be easily replaced and/ or washed and dry burned= very economical.

With a 3.7 volt PV 1.8- 2.0 ohms is best. For a Spinner (fires from 3.3- 4.8 volts) 2.5 ohms is best as it allows for the greatest range of voltage.
The Spinner accepts both 510 and eGo threaded accessories- the most popular threading.

Yep, not the Silver one.

Only had one and it was untidy within days. Still worked, but I get black.

If you look at the MVP v.2 you think it's a "mod", but in many ways it's just a big square battery with features. You can't replace the internal battery, so eventually it will go in the bin.

However, I can get days and days out of one. If you get 3 days and can recharge it 400 times, that's 1200 days.

I own the Innokin MVP 2 also and LOVE it. Comes with variable voltage and variable wattage. For the price it can't be beat AND Innokin seems to be one of the very few companies that is focused on quality.
Good catch DJ

Coils can last anywhere between a couple of weeks to a couple of months. Don't throw them away when they fail though. By then i expect you will probably have figured out how to recoil them. New tank ?. Do you mean when to buy another ?, or when to refill ?.

Here's a great place for juice.

Replace the tank....as long as you don't drop it (it's pyrex) prolly last at least a year and I would imagine the silicon rings/ washers would wear out first. I have some tanks that I've had for a year and like Evan says the old heads can be rewired/ rewicked easily and inexpensively. VERY economical. My heads last 10 weeks.

How many refills can a tank last etc?
The tank will last and last and last BUT the head (wick-coil) needs to be washed and dry burned occasionally until it wears out. A new head costs maybe $2.00 so if it only lasts 1 month your tank operating costs would be 50 cents per week. As Evan said save the head as they can be easily rebuilt for about 15 cents.

Edit: for an eGo class/ style PV you'd want the 1.6 ml or "Mini" as it looks best size wise.

Just a quick question....as Jacvapour has got me off the analogs I feel like I might give them abit of a chance and get a 510 as another option. Ill probably eventually end up just on the 510s as it seems everyone does.

I feel abit like as what im using is working I should stick to what I know I like for a month or so.....so would a set up be similar to the vision spinner / pro tank 2 set up?

88mm Manual Switch Variable Voltage Vgo2 650mah Batteries - BATTERIES - All Products
88mm Manual Switch Variable Voltage Vgo2 650mah Batteries

and

BETA - Re-buildable VOX bottom coil tanks for the Vgo2 - CARTOMISERS/TANKS - All Products
BETA - Re-buildable VOX bottom coil tanks for the Vgo2

I know not alot here are Jacvapour fans due to the limited 808 stuff....but putting that aside...would this to you look similar?

JacVapor has been around a long time and are very reputable. Most don't like the 808 because there are very few attachments to choose from. You learn Quick- it is a rebranded Spinner with diff threads.
With the tank realize:
"Currently we do not have any replaceable wicks for these, due to the fact they are so new, but when the next shipment arrives, wicks will be available in 1.8ohms, 2.4ohms and 2.8 ohms. Each coil should last for around 10 refills"
For the tank you would want the 2.4 ohms to use with the VV.

would that 2.4ohms wick be advisable in ANY spinner/VV battery?

im trying to learn fast so sorry for the noob questions.

Please no need to apologize...one day you'll be doing the same for others I'm sure :D
 again a quick learner
3.3 volts- 1.5- 1.8 ohms
3.7 volts- 1.8- 2.2 ohms
VV 3.3- 4.8 volts. can use 1.5- 2.4 ohms but 2.4 ohms gives the widest range of use voltage wise. Also helps with battery life.
Here's a Volts to Ohms chart jpg that you can save:

mOOsey.

You know what I think.

650mAh VV eGo for £21.99? - You can get a 1300mAh Spinner for £17.99.
VOX is an EVOD clearomiser with 808 thread. It is certainly no Protank.

I've been there and got the T-shirt. The same T-shirt I got after spending too much on E-Lites and then more on JacVapour.

If Jacs got you off the smokes, be happy.

I do hate to run them down, but it's a hopeless situation. If you want to buy bits of kit and enjoy the best stuff on the market AND pay the best prices, you cannot chase that plan down the KR808 route.

Good luck. :)

Go with the Spinner as others have said 808 is like Take That so old school not that I'm a One Direction fan :chuckles: go with a Protank Mini and heads of 1.8-2.2ohm, Know Jack helped but just like any reputable dealer they would as it's kasheesh in there pocket, regarding Juice you can get some top quality from Vapemunki he will cook it up to the spec you want and is not a big company just one guy and good bloke who does fight for the rights of vapers as met at #BBCVapeMeet.
