I am brand new to vaping, and have the itaste mvp 2.0. I bought from Mt Vapor Baker. Stupid question, but what do I need to get for replacement parts? I'm interested in a new tank, but never have understood if there are wicks or coils I need to replace so often, etc. Hope this makes sense. What tanks do you recommend? I wanted to call MBV and adk, but can't find a number or contact for them. Thank you in advance from a dumb newbie:)

I have both the MVP2 and the Pro tank 3. I haven't had any troubles with either. The MVP2 is simply awesome and the PT3 blows rich clouds at 4.6 volts.....I will say that if you get the pro tank 3 you should order a box of extra coils for it. It performed admirably with the original coils but once I replaced them with the new style it became a Contender....BTW I'm a heavy vapor and I'm still on my first replacement coil without even a cleaning and it's been almost two weeks.....OH, if your Kanger doesn't have a scratch off security code inside the box...It ain't real ;)

Own and love my MVP 2. You'll have plenty of battery life with its 2600 mah batt.
Pros:
Long battery life.
Pass Through- charge while I vape.
Innokin seems to be focused on quality products= better build quality.
Superior chip to other budget Mods resulting in a superior firing capability= no rattlesnake sound.

Funny you mention having the provari too. I just checked those out. My issue is not knowing what I need to go with it. I want to have all the spare parts on hand if I need them as we have no reputable vape shops here. Would the Nautilus work with the provari? Do I need anything else to go with it? I'm over my head, and the info isn't clicking yet:) I appreciate your responses so much!

If your new to vaping the MVP2 is probably better for you because you don't have to buy lithium batteries and a charger (they come with the MVP2). The Provari is a great device but you have to add the batteries and charger for it to work.

I think your getting the toppers (atomizers, tanks, etc) confused with the batteries. For an atomizer there is going to be upkeep. The coils get dirty, wicks get clogged. If they have replaceable heads you need to replace/rebuild/and or clean periodically. Batteries just need to be recharged.

Hope this helps you!

Cheers,
Steve

I've got both the MVP and the VV. I have an iClear 30s on the MVP and a Protank II mini on the VV. I just got the Protank and I like it, but I have problems with it occasionally. The iClear tends to leak from the tip a lot for me, leaving that unsettling taste on your lips when you go to hit it. I don't have that problem with the Protank.

I'm new at this too, but I've tried a number of APVs. The MVP is reliable and hassle free. It comes at a good price, with a little bit of online research, and is usually packaged with a tank. I own 2 and would highly recommend the MVP if you want to concentrate on vaping for now and leave fiddling with screws, batteries, and coils for later.

And Love Vanilla: Way to go avoiding 2,000 cigarettes! That's a huge milestone!

Thank you spawnsharks! It feels great.

Doctor was happy I'd dropped another 7lbs (almost thirty in four years) and extremely happy I had quit smoking -- and gave thumbs up I'd done so through vaping (even though research is trailing).
