The problem is: the upper chamber isn't only to catch liquid from condensation. If the carto overwicks (it happens), there will be too much juice on the coil, and that juice will get up the inner tube when you inhale.
Without the upper chamber you will get that straight in your mouth.

This is the same reason the ego-t tanks have an upper chamber also.

I still feel some would get in your mouth in any case, but if they wanted to keep the inner tube at the current length, then a one-piece cap design could be hollowed in the middle to allow a chamber for over-wicking.

They do work...they just leak a bit of juice during refill due to the pressure created by putting the first "O" ring in. Fantastic little buggers also.

Good to know... Will you post a review? I mean... maybe you have already? I have missed part of this thread, maybe its right here?

He posted the video in this post here.

On a side note, it looks like GotVapes may have solved one issue that was being discussed here; they requested the filler ring and mouthpiece be one unit. This should make the filling easier:

Awesome! Looks like they also extended the center tube as I have been saying to do in earlier posts.

A friend sent me one to try. Here are my initial thoughts:

- Didn't clean/dry burn to see what it'd do. No off taste at all
- Holds about 1ml, filling wasn't hard but getting the cap back out may be (GotVapes fixed that)
- Tube is a little thicker than a CE2 clearo, at least the old ones, haven't tried the new CE2 clearos...
- Vapor is a lot cooler w/ the coil on the bottom (metered at about 2.6ohms), seems to not be hitting quite as well as it first did, have to see what's up w/ that...
- Hasn't leaked yet........

Out of the box it performs better than a CE2. I'll keep putting it through the paces. I wish it held more but think GotVapes version will? I know their one piece cap/ring will be nice. I'm curious to see how it'll hold up to a dry burn when it needs it. Stay tuned....
