well first that battery is a rewrapped lghe2 wich is 20 amp continuous discharge. the 35 amps is the pulse rating. that should be ok but id consider looking for a vtc4. in regards to biger clouds changing the battery wont really effect it because all 18650s wont charge over 4.2 volts. the mutation has crazy airflow so your pretty much set for cloudchasing

Is this the mod you're using?

If so, thankfully it is a mech with 2 batts in parallel, doubling the amp limit, but it's still pretty intense. I'd recommend just trying different, higher resistance builds to figure out how all the variables (wire gauge, # of coils, coil configuration (twisted, parallel, simple micro/macro/spaced, etc), airflow, # of wraps, inner diameter, etc) affect things.

There isn't an ultimate guide to coil-building for different results, so it's a lot of trial and error. I'd just prefer to build a bit higher, to not stress the batteries too badly :) Be aware that the batteries you're using that claim to be 35A continuous are widely believed to be re-wrapped LG HE2 batteries, which are stated as 20A continuous.

Also, use this calculator, Coil wrapping | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators, because it's awesome and the guy who made it is a genius.

Yes that's the mod I'm using and I have been trying to figure out the pros and cons of the less than .2 ohm builds I'm considering a higher ohm build with more wraps because of the surface area increase

thicker gauge wire will lower your ohms / give you more coil surface area. Dont get too crazy though - know how batteries in parallel drain and the safety precautions you should take in doing so - I dont do that, so I'm not going to say more than that :)
