The Inferno looks to be an eGo style battery. Vision & joyetech are the two main companies to look at for those. The Spinner & Twist (from the previous companies, respectively) are variable voltage and will cost under $25. Many places will carry them, and they generally have fast shipping. I ordered my Twists from Mike & Carol's. If you'd like you can find a California based site (can't think of any I've used off the top of my head).
As far as liquids, there are more vendors than you can shake a stick at. Heather's Heavenly Vapes, ECBlend, Mt Baker Vapor, Alien Visions are a few that come to mind but if you browse the General E-Liquid Discussion section you'll see plenty of info.

I will have to see if there are any in my neck of the woods, I would think that the majority of gadgets like this would be up North or down South, doubt there will be any in Central area, but will give it a search.
I did notice that there were quite a bit of venders out there for the liquids and quite reasonably priced too. I will check out the General E-Liquid Discussion section soon ... I am looking for traditional tobacco flavors, cigar flavors, and a few sites I am actually finding their liquor and food flavors interesting ... I bought through Volcano: Cherry, Strawberry Shake, and few others and I am not sure I just did not do it right I only got the flavor of it a few times.

E-Smokey Treats is out of Santa Cruz, but I saw their prices are just a touch higher than other places. I've never used them but was recommended them by my aunt.

I will have check out some more sites; I don't have a problem purchasing from non-California sites, but would like to find a brick and mortar store too ... Oh well ... Been researching different devices and more liquids and am really liking what I see ... I was at one site that actually had roast beef!
Tasty Vapor is a great juice site in Oakland and they are on this site. They are the only CA site I've purchased from in store and via mail. The only device they sell is the Smok Woo. I bought one and am happy with it. It's a fixed voltage, but it gives a good taste and vapor. I put it in my arsenal of vaping devices.
