I am past the point of not being able to suction anything, such as with a straw or a vape. Nor is the nicotine the problem - I welcome that! It's just that cigars are a no-no right now, until my final prothesis is in place, and that won't be for another four to six months. But the vaping option, if I can determine that weekend only of such is not going to impede the integration of bone to implant, will be something I can take up in a month or two. And by the way, I love my 60 ring gauge cigars!

@VapingCigars to me, I have cut down the nicotine so low I cannot be around cigarette smoke without heart palpitations. A good 55w vape, blowing what most would consider to be an obscene amount of vapor, is what my brain craves. Maybe one of the stick style "mods" that'd feel similar to a 60 gauge, would be just what you need. I know it took the place of my grukra bounty hunters.
I bought a VooPoo Drag S last weekend and a bottle of Naked American Patriots, with 6 mg/ml nicotine. Not bad, but not the taste and hit I was hoping for. I have since ordered a 60 ml bottle of Cuban Cigar Blend from Black Note, in 12 mg/ml of nicotine. Looking forward to trying it out. Other than that, I'm trying to figure out the usage of adjusting the wattage. I airflow is no issue. My Drag S is 5 to 60 watts, and right now I have it on 15, I believe. What will increasing it do? Sorry for the newb question but it's just not clear to me on this.
Increasing the output will cause the coil to heat more, then you get more vapour.
