Welcome to ECF! Like you I tried a cig-a-like and wasn't impressed with it, though in retrospect I must have gotten a defective one as it didn't produce any vapor. Then I stumbled upon Blu's website and video and saw that they were producing a respectable vapor cloud. So I thought I'd give ecigs a second chance and ordered a Blu starter kit. When it came I started using it and haven't touched a cigarette since, that was over 16 months ago. Though since then I've switched to more advanced hardware after I started having battery issues with the Blu's. I now use an eGo-C Twist (2 of them), a Joyetech eVic, a Kanger EVOD, and 2 Kanger T3's.

I had a buddy that tried the gas station ones and wasn't impressed either. About a year later he bought a blu and wasn't inpressed either. He's still smoking cigs. He's seen my eRoll and is planing on making the switch again.
pretty new here as well, started with blu..yuck gave up for awhile, then i found this place and got a vamo v3 w/ protank and i have been analog free since. welcome and spread the e-cig gospel.
I too am a new member but have lurked for a couple years. Using the ego batteries & just got a pro tank. Now I'm going all in-got the ProVari waiting for me when I get home to Dallas. Hope I can kick the analogs once and for all. This is a fantastic forum & thanks to all.

Doing the "Blu-Step" for now..... and I gotta say it's not too bad.... but I know I'll move on to something else as I get into vaping more....!

im new to vaping also but am very exited i have found an more healthy alternative to smoking...been getting all my juices from hurricane vapor...and now am looking at ahlusion juices also. just bought a vamo 3. hate the look and am waiting to see if it vapes any better than my 20 dollar piece a junk ive been vaping on
