Hi, new member here.

I was trying to post in the other forums but it wont let me?

Anyway, ive been using 510 batterys, mainly ego twists for a good while. I have just ordered a vision 1300mah spinner.

Ive been using the kanger evod, CE4, CE5 and Aspire BVC's, however im looking at moving to a rebuildable. Can anyone suggest a good beginner tank, genesis style is what im looking at, as they seem to be the simplest. Preferably something that fits a 510 thread so i dont have to buy all new batteries at ones.

Thanks

You should get some posts in here and then check out the Genesis subgroup. I've looked at them but thought they were too complicated actually. My advice is to get a small dripper and practice your building. I hate telling people their gear isn't good enough so i'm sorry. But the spinner isn't what you want. Putting a 22mm tank on an ego style battery is a bad idea. You have very littls power to work with, and no real adjustability. You should look at the subtank kit by kanger.. Unless you're dead set on a Genesis and then you should look at something like the mvp 3 or evic vt battery.

I just looked at them and they looked like the easiest to fill. Can you advise a small dripper i can look in to?

Is it still a bad idea putting an ego style battery on a dripper tank even if its a VV?

Im only using the 510 batteries as this is what ive always used since i started. If i can get use out of them for a few more months i will be happy.

Anything with the 510 battery will be about the same. If I was looking to upgrade from a 510, I'd just take the plunge and go with something with a 18650 and be done with it. Just like the gennys, I think the rest of the tanks are in decline since bottom fed RDAs are really taking off. If you are ready for a rebuildable I'd look into a REO or one of the new regulated bottom feeder mods.

Hey everyone, just saying hello! Im new here also! I heard there are a lot of great giveaways and stuff here!

As far as I know, all mod are Ego/510 compatible, and even come with adapters like the iSticks.

Also, I have done a lot of research about "Rebuildable Dripping Atomizers" RDA's and I want to get into them, but first I want to purchase:

A Mod capable of two batteries like an iStick 100w or a Sigelei 100+ or 150, A Resistance Testers, Coil Master Kit, Clippers, Ceramic Tweezers, and decent cloned RDA like aDark Horse (Heard they are easy to build on for beginners). RipTrippers is awesome!

i have no idea what your talking about...I also have no idea what im doing either. I just charge my battery, fill the tank and smoke. I have no idea what voltage i should be running things at, i am currently using the lowest setting. I have no idea how to set ressistances up etc.

Can someone point me in the right direction to read about them. Every time i go to search google i get confused and close it down. Maybe someone can help explain and help me make the switch from standard tank like the kangers or aspires on to the next step.

Thanks

Then yo need to do some research before you start building. You need a general understanding of Ohm's Law and the capabilities of different batteries. There is lots of great info here on ECF. Read the blogs by Mooch and Baditude. They have most of the info you need. Then search for how-to videos on you tube. You can hurt yourself badly if you don't know what you are doing. Lithium batteries can "vent" or explode if you don't use them correctly.
