Ok..when I go to the link you posted look what I get. This is the reason I keep making a new account. I don't want to be banned but I can't sign in now with my original acct.Crystalluv545 ..it won't let me..

It won't let me sign in at all..it has the 2nd account I made and it's banned.. it won't let me even contact support..

Such an ongoing issue that hasn't been resolved... I don't no if in have to delete this account in order to get on the original ecf.com site. Here on tapatalk I can't make a profile or even follow my favorite ppl. So I have tried to sign out here and sign in the ecf but it wouldn't let me so I made a new account. Well that account was deleted .so I tried again using my tablet and was going to delete this account but when I signed back in ecf they deleted that account to and said 1 more time I'd be banned permanently. .so what do I do. I want off the Tapatalk site and use ecf instead without being banned.

Look what I get. I can't remove crystal545 account from the banned page ..I tried signing on with crystalluv545 but it keeps saying I have the wrong password. Tried to change it and it says I'm banned..

That crystal545 account is banned, it was a duplicate that you created, you can't use that account.

I noooo.. I don't want that account. I understand what you told me the 1st time .I just want to no what should I do to use ecf instead .it won't let me log in with my current acct.??

Do I have to delete this account. Go on my desk top and make a new one. Because all I really am asking to do is sign on the ecf site because you get more options there to personalize than here. I can't even follow ppl or personalize my account here. Them options are only available on ecf.com .
Being that crystal545 is banned. (( As well as Social Butterfly545)). I understand clearly what you guys are saying. How do I get on the ecf.com site using this active account ? When I go to log in it will not let me . So I used a different device still it says wrong password ?? So just tell me how to resolve this. Please. [emoji6]

All you need to do to log in using your computer is to use your username and then input your password. If you don't know the password, there's a reset password link directly under the password box where you would enter the password.
