YES. I no. ..I tried everything. ..that page won't go away. When I tap log out. It's the last option on the drop down menu -I thought the same . And that page is still there. It's so upsetting. Crystal, when you're on your PC and that page comes up, click on that username where it's in the picture. The drop down menu comes up. Look at the bottom where it says Log Out. Click there to do that. Then when you have done that you may log back in by entering crystalluv545 in the username box and the password in the password box.
I am very computer savvy. I no how to log in or out and I no if an accounts deleted how could I possibly expect to sign on. ? Lol. Okay .so this is the progress report. I got in on my desktop!! Yaaaay !!

Delete the app and reinstall it. Make sure you note what your legal account name is and your password. When you reinstall, it should wipe out all the old crap.
I tried that and it didn't work.. tapatalk is the app.in my phone from Google play store. I prefer to use the original website ecf.com but It wouldn't disappear that banned page.. well proud to say after driving our moderators nuts.. ..I finally read up about "cookies and "cache" and cleared them both.. and the page loaded refreshed !!
