Hello, new owner to a Reo Grand with a REOmizer 2. My name is Scott and I was turned onto e cigarettes about 6 months ago. Never new such a thing existed until a friend at work was smoking a Blu Cig. Friend let me try an extra battery and a cartomizer for a week and I decided this could work for me. I was unable to use the Blu Cig alone as this just did not meet my craving for nicotine as I was about a 2.5 pack a day smoker. I found the e-cigarette-forum and through tons of investigation was hesitant to jump right into a REOs or other mod as these things cost alot! I decided to start off with a VMod XL because I liked the idea of the bottom feeder and from what I had read you got the best vape with dripping which is essentially what a bottom feeder does. I used the VMod XL for about 3 months until the included atomizer died on me and I was then going to have to buy new atomizer. I found the atomizers to be quite expensive and decided I wanted a rebuildable atomizer and found the VMod XL did not allow these due to the design. So I then found the REO! After reviewing many, many posts on the REO forum, I decided the Reo Grand was for me. I work some times 10-12 hour days at work so wanted a battery that would last me all day. I asked the wife for a Reo Grand and a reomizer 2 for my birthday and I just received birthday gift early! Birthday is October 5th btw. This mod is absolutely amazing. The build is so much sturdier and everything about the mod is made to last. I am so happy with my decision of the Reo's mod and this is the first day I have not needed a cigarette to fill the nicotine craving. In fact this juice I had been using in my VMod XL 24mg nicotine is too strong on the Reomizer 2. I find my self getting nicotine buzz with this atomizer! Will definitely need to lower my nicotine in my e liquid. Anyhow I know this is a long winded post but just wanted to say thank you Rob for the Reo and to all the Reo's members who have given such great feedback in the forum to help make my decision a great one.

Welcome!!

I'm a REO noob myself, I've not even had mine a week and my other mods are already gathering dust. For me, there is a bit of a learning curve with a mech mod, but totally worth it.

After I started dripping, prior to the REO, I realized that I had to drop my nic level. I went down to 6mg and still sometimes get nic sick on occasion.

If you haven't yet, check out Super_X_Drifters posts and videos on micro coils. It totally changed my whole outlook on vaping.

There's also alot of other cats in this forum doing awesome things with the Reo, making it better and better. And Rob also always seems to be involved and upgrading and improving.

There is just nothing wrong with the REO, especially if you are serious about the quality of your vape. And it's only going to get better.

Anywho, welcome aboard....this is a great mod and an even better community to be part of!
