No, not to hold an 18650 battery. The extension cap allows you to use 18490/18500 batteries with the Mini.
Provape recently posted that they recommend buying the full-size V2 if you want to use 18650s, so it looks like we might not get an 18650 cap/sleeve after all.

I agree with this statement. I thought my tube tanks on my infernos felt nice compared to some of the other devices I have felt but the mini provari is epic.
Also I like the Mercedes Benz reference.

Well, because of this pic, I just ordered ten of those caps from Volcano. Been meaning to pick some of those up, but forgot all about them for some reason. That mini looks awesome. Still waiting on the satin black I ordered, but already have a satin so I'm not in that big of a rush for it to ship.

I really like the tanks, quality wise they are fantastic. I think now that I have the provari I might try a 7ml version. I am looking to also try a clearomizer based tank, as I have 1 juice that only vapes tasty out of a clearomizer, but I am a little confused on what to buy.
The only thing I dont like about the Mini is the Battery life of the 18350, anyone know how the 18490's are lasting?
Just ordered the extended cap for the 18490s and picked up a couple 18490 batteries. I emailed Provape to see if the 18650s will work or not in the extended cap, they said no they are way to long.

Depends on which Battery you use and the mAh.
What your Output Voltage is.
How Much you Vape.
For me, Using a AW IMR 18490 @ about 4.0 Volts and Moderate Vaping, From Sun Up to Sun Down.
Using an AW 18500 IC, Sun Up to Sun Up.

!8350. 18350 is compared to what I started out on the eGo batterys always had to charge them.

From my understanding, you can't use the 18650 on the mini. The 18350 fits and the 18490 fits with extension cap.
I've just received my mini order and haven't been able to use it because I ordered batteries that dont fit. Plus it didn't help that I'm a complete noob. I ordered an extension cap and the waiting begins again.
There is a big difference from 18350 to 18490/500 the 18490 last twice as long and not feeling like I'm constantly charging them all the time.
Everything is a Trade Off.
My Favorite e-Cig, Don't Laugh, was the Blu. I loved that Little Battery. Perfect for a Shirt Pocket. But I hated that Little Battery because it lasted about 45 Minutes before Blinking.
The 18350 is good Battery for me in a Mini because it keeps the Size down. I want something Smaler when I'm out and About. But when I'm at home, I use a 18490/18500.
That is what I think is cool about the Provari-Mini. It can be either.
