So I went to my local shop were I get all my stuff. 3 people hit my tank and all said it tasted normal lol. So we concluded I am crazy and probably had been vaping the same juice to long so the owner gave me half off a delicious blue berry crumble and a new coil that my happily vaping on now. Moral of the story? I'm crazy lol.

Kk. I read that article. That's my exact problem I think. I've started doing the dragging a little after fire button is off. With that and new juice I think I'm getting there lol. This community rocks!

Glad it's getting worked out, Khannnn Some juices just don't agree with certain folks, for sure. You get too much citrus into my tank, I'm going to tell you the flavor sucks, but it's not my coil just turns out I hate those citrusy flavors. Might want to try a few sample flavor packs from various vendors to figure out what juice profiles you like...

You will find some juices will work in one tank and not another. If you are having to loosen top of tank it is usually a vacuum issue that simple cleaning and checking o rings can fix.

My Captain reads the ohms off by just a little bit. The update seems to have fixed that. Make sure you have the latest update and start your coil off at the lowest watts it will fire at and gradually raise it up to where you prefer. I hope that helps. I love my Captain.

Just to clarify, same Valyrian, move the same tank with the same coil and juice between sitting on an AL85 or the new Captain, same wattage, and it tastes way different on the Captain compared to the AL85? If I read your post wrong, my apologies, but if it's the same tank switched between two mods and has a totally different vape, it's not the tank or coil, something is not delivering the same power for a given wattage.

Sometimes mods deliver power a different way. From what I have experience is a wismec hits slow and cool and something like a sigelei that hits fast and hard. This can lead to different taste and some tanks just don't like certain power delivery. Thats why if a mod has a soft, normal, and hard setting its something that can be controlled.
