Well designed. The logo get's a little lost on the left hand side because of the cool shades over the blue, but unless you bar a white border or something there isn't going to be a way to prevent that because the logo is rainbow colored ^.^
My two cents as a (semi)professional graphics designer.

I like it - It's well done, and to the point without being 'in your face'. The shade of blue is classical, and so much nicer than some discount code notices
