New Ody Refill Cap

Just to check, are the new parts made to be like this? The cut out grooves are actually so sharp that it cuts my finger.

I bought them from e-smoke, i actually thought it is the usual cap i seen which looks like flower petals.

Yes it is shined, but the cuts are really sharp.
I would prefer the actual cap below, where all the cuts and edges are rounded.

Ah, I see what you mean Thor. The reason behind this new design is that some people complained that the old design didnt have a good grip because vuts were shallow and rounded.

But if your cap is shined around and on top, how your fingers are damaged? Maybe you try to screw the cap hard? You may know that o-ring seals without big force

It is because of the cut for grip, they are not rounded but sharp instead.
So when I hold on the cut to twist, it is so so so sharp that it cuts my finger without knowing.
Like how you cut through a knife not noticing that ur finger being cut.

I didnt mean to make so sharp edges, so I suspect that your cap is not shined very well thor. Can you please contact esg and ask him if all caps are like this? I think its only yours maybe

i am really really sorry to say this, but i got a new cap to and it has very sharp edges !!! it is no Problem for me to handle it , i just want to tell you , maybe you will change the design a littlöe bit next batch ?!
it still is a perfect work, its shined right and looks awesome, and it does what it should !!!

I see Stan. So its an issue for you too? I made it like this because some people asked for it. But some of you dont like it that way.

Maybe next time I will make deep slots like the new ones but rounded like the old ones

the edge is pretty sharp but filing it down just tiny bit smooth it out.
