I think that's an issue with the Efest batteries - one of the 4 i bought had that issue.

The vent hole doesn't always line up and yes, it is normal. I have... um... a "few" (19) Nemesis devices - some have the hole lined up, others don't. As long as you purchased it direct or from an authorized reseller (or from a trusted source), nothing to worry about.
Mine is exactly the same, and I got it directly from Atmomixani.

I do have 2 Nemis. in 14650, they last about as long as an 18500. the size is great for traveling. i quite like them.

In torn between getting the mixed 69 mod and the nemi for my next. Well also i want a striker because ive been thrilled with the 3D thus far. Then again iv spent thousands just getting to where im very content so its hard to justify lol. Plus id love to try a paps x or something GP...but idk.
I have to say that since i went Greek...nothing else can even compare to quality and function.

Just got my batteries from KP.
Three of the four that I'd ordered also had too much shrink wrap on the bottom. I also noticed, that these three had a dull/matte wrap that was almost magenta colour.
The one cell that had a perfectly fit shrink wrap had the much more familiar fire engine glossy red colour that I'm used to.

My friend uses efest batts exclusively and i tried one one day whe i forgot a battery for my nemesis. It was almost 1mm too wide to even fit in. Also i find efests of lesser quality than AW...altho i think they have a newer line out that is much better made.
I trust aw but efest is stepping up their game.

It is a new mod, just in prototype....is a side switch mod....looks like a 69 but works like a nemesis with one contact....and with a very very very good lock-unlock button.....name....details...more things...in the next days we will prepare a full detailed video for it...That s the reason i havent post to any forum yet ..i wanted to make a full presentation..

Some things about the name
Alecto's name means 'the never ending'
According to Hesiod, she was one of the the daughters of Gaea fertilized by the blood spilled from Uranus when Cronus castrated him.
According to another legend,she was one of the daughters of Nyx,(Nemesis is also mentioned as daughter of Nyx) who was the symbolization of the night and a daughter of Chaos.
Alecto appeared in Virgil's Aeneid, and also in Dante's Inferno as one of the three Erinyes/Furies
The Furies are known by many names such as: the Erinys (mist-Walkers), Eumenides (the Kindly Ones) and Semnai (the Holy); they are depicted as winged women of fierce countenance but, according to Pausanias (fl. 160 CE), their images on the Acropolis at Athens were not fierce or supernatural.
Alecto is the Erinys with the job of castigating the moral crimes (such as anger), especially if they are against other people. Her function is similar to Nemesis, with the difference that Nemesis's function is to castigate crimes against the gods.
She compines good in her mission of giving justice and mean of doing that the hard way...
The idea as you can hear also in the video is having a side switch mod with minimum need of cleaning that would work as well as Nemesis

There is only one version 3d made ever...
We just have as spares 3d rings with 2x2mm holes(I am not sure though is that what you mean)
But 3d dripper as sold has been released only in one version with different threads and finishes...
