After all i want to explain better some thing, at least i try
I contacted other modders, site devellopers and stores out there to get an opinion
The thing is that when you give a specific hour for a product to release and you have 100 pieces in stock when the time comes and 300 or more push the same button system gets blocked...This get worst when some of the payments are not appeared confirmed but pending like cheques are..
When i had a slow site i paid more to have a dedicate server to solve problem..But this problem doesnt have a solution..
Believe it or not it is not for publicity i ll tell you how i passed my 3 last days
I had my personal mail hacked and locked
I made a new one...but since it is new i am not allowed to send 1000 mails which i actually did in about 6 hours and i was officially a spammer for yahoo...so also new mail locked me from sending mails temporalily....so i had to use any available mail account i had to try to contact everybody...all this with a lot of copy and paste and much more time than it should be...I have 4 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours and i have heard some really really bad stuff...
BUT i believe that anyone that has paid should have the option to have his order shipped even some days later..you know i am a vaper too and i have ordered things and refunded for them with no excuse given, just out of stock sorry and refund.It would be more easier for me believe me..
Anyway i can understand anyone that feels sad and dont know how to express it...i believe i send a mail with options to everybody....plus i will not cancel or refund any if i dont recieve mail telling me that...
At the end most of you were very gentle and i want to thank you and even those that weren t so much i can understand....(maybe an exception that i didn t even answer in fb swearing me to death and he didnt even had an order) but all the others are just too sweet with me..

I am sure the vapers out there appreciate what you are doing. Haters gonna hate but imo you have the best customer service out there and Im sure many others agree with me.
Katerina deserves better than to have selfish hypocrites criticize her. She goes out of her way to help where she can.
I think the wrong mail was sent to some of us I only got the we have a problem and you will get tracking or a options e mail same with some people on fb .
