Disclaimer - this does not pertain to anyone in this thread. This is a bit of a rant based off of some other comments I saw earlier today.


I will never understand people.

Yes - it is true that there was a mistake with the paypal check processing which caused extra orders to be placed.

It is also true that as soon as the problem happened, everyone was notified and given options - get a different device that was already on hand, wait for the brass, or get a refund. It was handled immediately and, from my perspective, very well.

It has been just about a week and those that wanted a different device have already had them ship (some have likely received them as well). They are also working through the list and getting the brass devices shipped.

Don't forget that once the device is shipped, it will get to you in 3 days from half way around the world!

So, this means that it will have taken 7 to 10 days to completely fill or fix all (or most) of the extra orders caused by the paypal check processing error. All throughout the process, Atmomixani has been communicating to customers, answering questions, and doing everything to make it go as fast as possible

Frankly, that is amazing.

I've completed orders at other reputable vendors overseas (a few in Greece as well) and have used expedited shipping (which should be the same delivery timeframe). With those orders, I don't always get status updates and it takes much much longer for the device to arrive. Sometimes I don't even get tracking numbers that work.

I have also completed pre-orders where NO updates are given at all. I place the order, wait, and one day the device is in my mailbox. No communication, no shipping notification, nothing.


Here is a typical Atmomixani order process:
1. Place order and pay
2. Get a confirmation within a few minutes that the order was placed
3. Get shipping notification in a few hours at most
4. Get device in 3 days (I've placed orders on a Friday and gotten them on Monday so, this includes weekends)

With other overseas vendors (including at least 2 others in Greece)
1. Place order and pay
2. Get a confirmation within a few minutes that the order was placed
3. Sometimes get a shipping notification in 1 - 2 days (I have placed orders where I never got a shipping notification from other vendors)
4. Get device in 2 - 4 weeks


So, this means that they saw a problem, gave customers options on how to fix it, fixed it, and got devices into the hands of their customers in LESS time than it takes other vendors to process a standard order!


Maybe I am slow. Maybe it's because I haven't been sleeping well. Maybe I am just missing something.

I know I am not special. My experiences are not unique. Vendors don't look through the orders and decide to process them faster or slower because I am the one that placed it. I am a nobody! I am not famous or a professional reviewer or have a You Tube following or anything - I am just a regular customer. I know my experience is the same as everyone else's because I've seen posts on the forum from people getting their devices in the same timeframe as I do - both when delivered quickly and when delivered slowly.


How can anyone complain about what happened? How can someone be angry when they get what they ordered and it took a a week longer to get to them especially when it is faster than other vendors?

I just don't understand.

(Yes - I know we pay the shipping cost for the devices to arrive as fast as they do. I have paid the same shipping cost with other vendors for it to take much longer with much less communication. Saying that we pay for the shipping is a bad justification. )


I don't know of ANY other company in ANY other industry that can handle a problem like this in the same timeframe as it takes their competition to process a standard order. It is unheard of and should be commended, not complained about.

Okay cool. Its just im excited to get my 1st high end mod :D

This is one of the (if not THE) best performing high end mod you can get. This is also a company with hands down the best customer service I have seen in the vaping world.


You won't be disappointed :)

Al the orders that have been shipped til 15.00 Greek time they ll get a tracking tomorrow
All the others that you got a shipped note you ll get a tracking tomorrow
All the rest i am continue shipping and i believe i have been finished till tomorrow...
Some of you have asked to add somrthing in your orders and you have mail with instructions please check your mail...

I want to believe that tomorrow every paid order will be shipped...

You are right Canned ...
A lot of other vendors say "Ooops, sorry, nothing we can do".
I pre-ordered some parts from another modder, waited 3 months for them, got the wrong ones sent to me after all that time, and you know what they said? "We are sorry, we sent the wrong ones, but don't have any of the 'right ones' left ...."
It was a big ole Too-bad-So-sad for me. No offer to make me new ones, no offer to pull the parts for me in the next sale, just a refund.
That Loco and the crew are giving you other options, or your original order so fast? Amazing!

1) Their products work and work VERY well. I got a Nemesis second week they were out and it will stay with me for a long long time.
2) Katerina is one of the friendliest and hardest working people out there. Great focus on customer service.
3) They use Wizards to ship out items. Only explanation for how quickly items get to you.

Great company and no hesitations in buying their fine products.
