Whats the pricing difference and about how long to get yours? Trying to figure out if i want to buy a normal nem or hold out for a celeste.

AFAIK it is a constant on going list. You just add yourself and he will get to you when the time comes. The process takes a bit longer to do.
I think the "......" mod is just looking for a lawsuit ... you vape it longer than 4 hours, and you'd have to go to the Emergency Room.
