is it easy to use wide ribbon in it? i only use tridents because i coil with .8 or .9 ribbon....sold my omega because the posts couldn't hold ribbon in place....can you show a close up of the posts? or describe them please? thats a deal breaker for me with drippers..
SAW THE VIDEO....air hole 1.2 on dual coil?
kinda small no?
or is it 1.8?
anyways....the ribbon?

I use ribbon in my build currently on a dual coil running about 1.1 ohm and it performs great.

*edit - I personally dont like sub ohm vaping for a variety of reasons (including risk of battery venting) - I also primarily vape NETs which, based on my experience, lose their flavor when they get too hot so I can't speak to how the 3D performs sub ohm

thanks i appreciate that-- the idea is great i like a lot about it! especially the hybrid with my 69 or nemesis....but those air holes are too small for me- i like about 2mm for dual coils, or it feels restrictive- i didn't drill out my tridents, and the holes are a bit bigger on trident 2...but they feel just right for me...i use dual coil .9ribbon (0.27ohms)....i would HAVE to drill the 3D....not looking forward to that....
kinda too bad.....but good for the wallet....lol

I thought I would have the same reaction - on drippers, i tend to go more to a 2mm hole as well but was very surprised that i didn't need it. I have it completely open at the moment and it is working beautifully.

i would also have to agree that even just as a dripper it is as good or better than any other I have used. The auto feed is brilliant and works flawlessly for me.

I totally understand if you think it isn't for you... I also know that you won't know for sure until you try it. (I know a few people that would buy it from you if you picked one up and decided it wasn't for you... not to encourage more spending but, yea). I have been very pleasantly surprised by the 3D and I was very very eagerly anticipating it.

There are many reasons I love Atmomixani (their gear and the people)... one of the big ones is I have always had a better experience than expected even with very high expectations.

Has there been any recent news surrounding the nemesis mini? I've been purposely putting off a 14500 Ba Gua waiting on the nemy....

I have been putting it off getting a 14500/14650 as well. Right now, there isn't a specific release date that I know of. I fully expect that the Minis will be worth waiting for though and plan to hold onto my cash (no matter how hard it is ;) )

how well does the auto drip work? do you ever have to drip from the top?
i can deal with drilling the holes if the pump drip works well...
also, what kind of spring comes into contact with the liquid?

The auto drip works really well. I originally had a concern about potential leaking because of the pump, but I've been using it for a solid day and a half, and I haven't had any leaks yet.

Otherwise, the convenience is really nice. Once you feel the juice start to dry up a bit, you just give it a pump to soak the wicks. Or if you want to stay fully saturated all the time, you can do pump it after each hit.

The filler hole is way too small to fit any fill tips. Even my 18 gauge blunt tip needle doesn't fit. So the way I fill, is by holding down the pump, dripping from the top (about 40 drips), and then release the pump. Releasing it will suck all the juice off the deck that you dripped in. So that would answer your question, yes, you do have to drip from the top. It's more convenient than loading up a syringe, anyways.

The spring is stainless steel, as far as I can tell.

i have a 14500 bagua- nothing special to be honest with u....barely use it- the switch needed a lot of fine sandpaper and polish to work smoothly......also i regret not getting it in brass....

Guys I am having an issue, and it's bad.....I need some help!

Every time I start using my Kayfun Lite, I instinctively use my thumb to 'click down on the top'...I am having 3D flashbacks. I love this thing...I can't even begin to tell you, the 3D is my favorite thing in my collection now by a large margin.
I totally hear you! I've started pumping the Dome as well!

Yay!!

Ok .. 1st World Problem here ...

All my friends LOVE my 3D, so I say "Here, try it!"
The only thing they want to do is pump the top! They push it, say "That's so cool!" and keep pushing it.
I keep saying "Stop that! Give it back!". I am not gonna share no more.

:D
