I recently bought some CE3s from two different vendors thinking I was getting the "old style" that hold 1.5mL and have the air hole on the very bottom. Unfortunately I received the new "rebuilt" versions which don't have the air hole on the very bottom and hold about 1.2mL of liquid. Every single one I've filled will not wick consistently and give a burnt taste on about every hit unless I squeeze the tube near the wick, and then I get maybe one good hit before getting burnt hits again. Has anyone else experienced this same problems with the new CE3s? I never ever had burnt hits on the old style. Ever. I haven't changed the method in which I fill them, not my juice. This really blows if the manufacturer stops making the old ones. Oh yeah, these are not the Smokymizer versions either. I'm not really sure who makes them. Better Life Tech maybe? White box, black lettering....

Thanks for the replies. So far it's nothing that an initial wash and dry burn and backing off the center tube a bit hasn't cured.... Still the old style CE3s were fill and vape. I hate having to monkey around with my clearomizers. I may try the CE3 Smokymizers, I think those are still unchanged.

Before I knew I threw a couple away because of that. Burnt taste is usually due to primer fluid. White box, black lettering, yes, made by BetterLife
