New Review Forum Rules

From now on if you wish to write a review in the review forum you must included in the "Full Members" group. Please PM Smokey_Joe to be added to this group, but bear in mind that only people with 5+ posts will be included. All members may reply to topics already created.

This is to prevent unscrupulous suppliers from rubbishing other people's products or hyping their own. Other than that, the guidelines in the original "Forum Rules" post stand.
