New RJ Reynolds ads urge smokers to quit (by switching to Camel Snus)

I'm pleased to report that RJ Reynolds is the first large tobacco company in the US to encourage smokers to quit smoking (by urging them to switch to smokefree Camel Snus). The company is now running three holiday themed advertisements in free arts/entertainment news weeklies in various cities (and probably elsewhere), which can be viewed at:

Hopefully, the FDA won't further protect cigarette markets by claiming that Reynolds' new ads make Camel Snus an unapproved smoking cessation drug device (as the agency did in September 9 letters to e-cigarette companies claiming that their marketing statements urging smokers to switch to e-cigarettes violated the FDCA).

Bill, the colors red and green are associated with holiday fun, and holiday fun is a feeling often felt by CHILDREN. Why do you want children to start using snus, which will inevitably lead to cigarette smoking?
