Dear customers,

We are happy to inform you that the first batch of new safe springs for Bamboo APV are ready. All new springs have very small resistance and are safe to user. They won't cause the cap hot when you use Bamboo APV. All new safe springs are GOLDEN.

We resumed selling Bamboo APV(chrome/black chrome/Stainless) with new safe springs today. We will start to send new free springs to users who make request by ticket system from today. If you have defective springs or feel the cap hot when using Bamboo APV, please stop using the products and contact us by ticket system.

Hi Sunshine!
I ordered and received replacement caps from Health Cabin, hoping to fix my issues (it did not). Does the free replacement springs cover those of us who just ordered caps?

Surely. We can send new free springs to those who just ordered caps. Please submit a ticket and we will take care of it. :)

Newsunshine, does this mean anyone who put in a ticket will get the new springs shipped? I put in a ticket, but the response wasn't clear. Do we need to make a purchase for you to include the new springs in the next order, or will you just ship them to me?

I get easily confused, sometimes. :)

Sent you a PM. I was confused with the answer, but the reply to my ticket was very clear :). Sorry, I read the email again and it has directions on what to do. :facepalm:

wolandepiphanius, I put in a ticket on my order placed during the first day of the Christmas sale. And after a few kind replies back and forth they already sent my spring and gave me tracking info.

So you shouldn't have to place a new order, at least that's not how it seemed to me. I do know what you mean though because of how that initial ticket reply is, I assume we all got same or similar, but I think that info was just meaning if you planned to make a new order. Go ahead and tell them you don't plan any new orders for the time being, but would like the replacement spring, then hopefully they'll get it shipped your way quickly.

Sounds like you got it sorted though, hopefully the above might help someone else later on

Ya it kind of confused me at first too, so I had to reply a time or two for clarification too. But all sorted here now too, just have to wait a few weeks for arrival though :( Hopefully it wont be too long.
