I made the mistake of ordering my first ecig from this company without any knowledge at all. I only stumbled upon this forum today. The starter kit did not come with any instructions except for instructions on how to charge the battery. I did not know what to do with the cartridge. I was so new to it that I didn't even know that the foil needed to be pierced before vaping! The model I got from them was an E-118BU. I don't know who manufacturers it. There is virtually no vapor, and liquid leaked. Lesson well learned. I found this forum and did lots of research before deciding on another brand. I haven't tried to get a refund on my original device yet. I hope their customer service is easy to work with.

I wish I had looked for a forum before making my first purchase. I spent a week researching since my first purchase arrived before deciding to join this forum and make another purchase. This site has been a huge help to me!
