Sounds like it's a bad bottle of juice. Take it back, and vaoe something else for a while.

It sounds like too much nicotine, but not sure.
If you wattage has gone up, that's quite likely what is happening.
As others have said, there are too many variables.
You need to provide more information and details on your old and new setups.
Still have the same mod Tesla invader III,old setup was a avocado clone dual coil .13 ohm cotton bacon wick material,new setup velocity v2,dual coil .16 ohm cotton bacon wick material,both have the same nichrome wire by lightning vapes,and the juice is the same 6mg Nic as alwaysIt sounds like too much nicotine, but not sure.

Would you consider mixing 2 or 3 ml. with 2 or 3ml. of plain PG/VG to dilute the nic and flavour?

It's probably that your wattage has gone up and that means more nicotine in your system.
Some RDAs and RTAs produce denser vapor as well and this causes more nicotine to enter your bloodstream.
For example, I can vape 10 mg nicotine in my Aerotank mini all day long but I find that 10mg Nic will make me sick in a Magma or Kayfun 3 even though the vapor appears to be at the same level. Vapor can be denser even though there doesn't appear to be anymore vapor than you would get in another device you've been vaping happily in another device.
Certain wicking materials can also cause denser vapor or have an effect on nicotine levels. Rayon will tend to create denser vapor as well and I've found that rayon can make me nicotine sick if I don't adjust my nicotine levels.
6mg Nic in that setup may be too high. Try 3mg. Most people would vape 3mg or less on that setup.

When ever you get a new atty you need to wash it with hot water and soap to get the machine oil off of it. I've gotten nauseous a few times because I bought an atty, built it in store, then vaped for an hour before thinking about it. Always, always, always make sure its clean
