Right-click as far left as possible on the rectangle, not the ad banner itself. That's what I did anyway to get rid of the whole thing.

Think of what that must Look Like if you are Not a Supporting Member? Just some Poor Shlub who surfed in looking for info to Quit Smoking.

Then He/She comes here and is Hit with Text Come-On Offers on top of Ads for cbd with the Toogle Sidebar pulled out by default and a Persistent Banner to Give the ECF Money for some reason.
