Happy Vaper (Jack) has been very good to me. Excellent shipping time, shipping confirmation and delivery followup. He keeps saying email or call any time I want.

I'm on his third followup on a slow ship - not his fault, he shipped timely. I'm even pretty sure the Canadian postal service handled their end quickly. Between the holidays, some bad winter weather and the USPS, though my previous two shipments arrived in about a week, this one is entering the third week without receipt.
