This is an excellent study by BAT, but I can't seem to upload the chart to ECF.
BAT just issued a press release highlighting this study, but its not on their website yet, and I cannot post the PDF versions on ECF because I reached my limit.

The PDF I was referring to was BAT's two page press release today announcing their new study's findings, as BAT has not yet posted it on their website.

I suspect anti tobacco extremists might cite BAT's new study to claim "Snus is even more harmful than cigarettes since it delivers more nicotine."

No need to post the PDF here. The first link takes you to the Open Access full article in html, and the second takes you to the PDF posted on the journal's web site.

Snus users will simple self regulate how much nicotine they use. I average about 6 grams of standard strength snus a day (8 mg per gram) which is about half of what the study group is averaging, but then I wasn't a heavy smoker. If I use more nasal snuff my snus use goes down.

The study appears to be pretty much on the mark.

The surprise is that nicotine is absorbed for at least 60 minutes. The former assumption was that snus was essentially used up after 30 minutes. I often keep a portion in for up to 2 hours.
