Dear Customer,
The white spongy material inside the cartridge takes on the shape of the
bridge after a few uses. That sponge can be pushed in a quarter inch
manually.
To avoid getting the liquid in your mouth:
1) Do not overfill cartridge
2) Take soft, slow and long drags. This also helps with creating more vapor.
3) Always have the ecig in a position where the led end is facing down and
the mouth piece of the cart slightly higher.
It was nice of them to answer my e-mail so quickly. But in my own opinion they should have listed this on the site when ordering that these are the high bridge. The white spongy material does NOT take on the correct shape of the bridge. I do not overfill my carts as I am toooo cheep it is the pushing of the bridge that is expelling the juice. I know how to puff on my e-cig as I have been at this now for over 3 months. The position of the led as nothing to do with it because the bridge is pushing it. If you push the sponge in before using then the material is to compacted to hold the juice properly. I think the advice I saw earlier might help and that was to cut it so that the bridge can go in the middle. I think someone needs to come up with a filler that stays the shape of the high bridge. I have not tried any remedy yet as I am frustrated with the whole thing. I am using my old atty I just had to clean it yesterday so I am happy now. I have an order coming from healthcabin and I am hoping that they are not going to be these high bridge things.
Hi Bee,
Listen Up, Sorry They (MVS) Are 100% Right!
Please No Offense But:
Again Use Them And Fill Them Properly and It Will Form & Break In Correctly.
If you being cheap with juice in your carts they will not break in and you will burn out the atomizers, be sure to fill them as they need them.
The Only Issue Here Is User Error, No Defects Or Other Issues.
I know for a Fact There A Thousands & Thousands Of These In Use Use For Months, Most Of The Issues Are User Issues. I have over 5 of these on batts for the last several months and still going strong.
I really think maybe you should buy disposable E-cigs, so you would have more time vaping and less time creating your own problems.
Do not cut or modify new carts that are not broken in, you are heading in a bad direction here...
Best E-cig does have good low profile atoms as well, if you get them make sure you get their carts for them.
I would suggest to Thank MVP Store for getting back to you fast and with help instead.
Now You Complain They Did Not Tell You, But Now You Order From HC and You Did Not Ask Or Even Know What Your Getting......
You should really step back and read what you are doing.
FYI: I am only Stating Facts Here, I am Not Involved With Vendors or Suppliers. If It Was defective I would tell u like I tell everyone else. I just tell it as it is with my long time experience and thousands & thousands of dollars spent on E-Cigs, Atoms, Carts, Batts, Juice and Building My On Mod's (25 Mods built to date!)
