I have one on the way. I cant wait to see what it can be put in. Any suggestions? So far I have found online some small cast al boxes and plastic power bank that has room for 2 18650 and usb charging. Also have a vamo 2 I could resuse.

Have you seen the video yet where they show how to cycle through the options by tilting to the left or right? I think its cool the way it works. Less buttons can be a good thing. Smd button failure sux. I hope I can modify and down my own logo to the device. Anybody know if there is any other device like this that does vv vw and has a mechanical mode?
I have the Seven-22 and the gravity sensor is "ok" but it still is annoying. First off you need to click the button 5-6 times and keep watching to get into the menu. Then you have to tilt and watch, then it speeds up. Then you over / under shoots. Then you tilt right and left. Then you click ok and then you tilt again to get out of the menu. It just isn't ideal and I'd gladly spend 5 more bucks for the "perfect" mod instead of the "almost there" mod. Like I said it's "ok" but it's not ideal.
It can't be too hard to have an additional 4 soldier points where you input the + or - click signal, overriding or complementing the gravity sensor? Wouldn't cost yihi anything more?
Ah ok I see your point... and I will see if there is a way to hardwire switches to it. I hope yihi will be forthcoming with information. I got one email reply and they didnt answer any of my questions insted just asked if I am a manufacturer what is my website and how many I want to buy.You said 5 bucks more for the perfect mod and what are you referring to? And how much does this perfect mod cost?
I am hoping various manufacturers begin using this chip since it has a larger wattage range.

Didn't know about the preset, that might help for sure! I guess fine tuning wattage is only necessary when you are changing coil builds or maybe when changing juice. I'm rather new to vaping and rebuilding so maybe I won't need / want to adjust so often in the future. Another thing might be that I'm switching tanks rather often atm to switch flavors because I only have more tanks and only 2 mods. No buttons is still something that will turn at least some people away from mods with this chip. Maybe I'm just impatient, for example I love the dial knob on my VTR but I'm impatient about having to wait 2 seconds before I can actually use it after pressing the menu button lol. But little things like that can make the difference between 100% customer satisfaction and "hmm maybe a better mod will come out soon".
BTW I found this danish shop that sells the SX350 for 399 kroner. I think that's like 53 €. No clue about shipping, but nice to see someone offering it already

Thanks to Onedesign1 for selling me a board and the lighting fast shipping. I opened up a vamo2 it just bairly wont fit. Looked all over the shop and lab found some copper pipe and fittings it fit in. Humm too much time to make it work. Went to radio shack got a couple sizes of project boxes and a switch. Hope to get it in the box and working tonight or tomorrow.

Sx350 testing bottom feeder done. This is barebones made out of 2 battery holders, some silver plated BeCu contacts, modified 510 to 510 adapter, 6ml bottle, and DSL filter case. No time to test tonight beyond initial vape. First impression is that the voltage reading is off. Shows 4.33V battery voltage with 4.17V measured at battery. Will put on scope this weekend and test it out.
Tested .2 and .3 ohm rda today works at 20watt but my battery gives up at 30watt and in bypass mode I noticed the voltage drop. I need to get a new battery. I really didnt expect my battery to perform under this kind of demand. After all I ripped it out of an old laptop battery pack. Any recommendation on the type of 18650 that would work well on this mod?
Isn't a gravity sensor just a mercury switch or similar, that can be by passed with a switch/buttons ?
That doesn't make sense to me. Is the manufacturer going to restrict sales to modders only? Why would they do that? Seems like a logical evolution of the SX chip to be used in devices such as the Seigeli 20W, etc. I would imagine the mod and chip makers would have sufficient demand from those who have not been able to purchase a DNA30 device.
At least that's what I'm holding out for.
There would need to be solder pads on the board for this to be possible, and from what I have seen there are none. The chip would also have to be reprogrammed to allow for the disabling of the gravity switch and enabling off-board switches.
The gravity switch is not accessible due to the potting/epoxy on the board. I dont think there is a mercury switch. You can use semiconductor components to achive this. There are microchip gyroscopes. With 5 presets for the power cycling through the power levels is quick and convenient. It only took me a few minutes playing around with it to see how it works and I had no instructions. I would call that an intuitive menu. I have experienced button failure on other mods and it sux. Solid state switching/controls is better for me. And everyone that has seen it so far says wow thats cool...
I was a little concerned about the gravity thing (due to some other opinions), but in my limited time with it thus far find it to be very friendly and quite intuitive. BTW when changing power settings instead of going back upright to stop it you can just press the button and it will stop at the setting and go back in the menu.
OK thanks. I assumed it was made by the same people who supply the SX200 and SX220 chips. I have the 101vape Hana clone or order but was also holding out for a 30-35w Sigelei if they were producing one.
