What does it mean by not steeped? because i just ordered some juice and it said not steeped XD sorry for being a nooob!!
I would NOT soak the tank and coil in water before using!
I just filled up my iClear 30, which arrived today, and it works fantastic! Amazing flavor, plumes of vapor...
I think if it continues to give you problems, empty the tank out, let it dry out, and then refill it with your juice of choice.

If you soaked your clearo in water chances are it tastes bad because you're vaping the water out of your wicks, should clear up after awhile. Though I will say you'll get much better flavor from the butterscotch after a week or so.
liquids need to steep in order for the flavors to mature. There are several methods but basically just let it sit for a week or 2 before using. Keep it out in a cool dark place and shake the bottle once a day.
Realize there's 3 "enemies" of juice- air, heat and light. They can be used to our advantage though. Try this quick steeping method:
Shake bottle and place in hot tap water for 45 mins. Shake and place in dark cupboard.
Next a.m. shake, remove cap and place back in cupboard.
Next a.m. recap, shake and place in cupboard with cap off.
Next a.m. shake and vape.
It won't be perfect but it makes a world of difference IMO.

I am awaiting my order from AIV, I was thinking of letting it steep for a week or so. Although I'll probably end using some before its been aged.

mtbaker at least 7 days.. i found by week 2 its really good.
i did the SAME THING with my iclear.. got impatient like always and loaded the 'cookie blaster' and it tasted god awful.
i won't make that mistake again !
