I've been reading for a few weeks and am absolutely 100% new to all of this I bought an innoken lily last week and haven't had a cigarette since but by Monday of this week I realized that, as pretty as it may be, my lily wasn't going to suit my needs in the long run Early this week I purchased an itaste vv v3, I believe (does that sound correct?) I consider myself a very intelligent woman but all this vaping lingo has me lost LOL

The iTasteVV v.3 is pretty good, I used one for about 10 months as my 9am-5pm vaping battery.

My Lily is beautiful I love it but it is going to be my #2/going out style, I believe.
I live in a small town that recently had a shop open up and I'm quite surprised the locals didn't have an uproar about it. We can't even get a place for kids to do things here, such as an arcade or pool hall :/ Not a huge selection but I can still manage to spend $ lol

Congrats on making the switch! It can be a little daunting and finding that perfect setup and juice combo isn't easy, but it certainly is fun experimenting!
The iTaste vv v3 (yeah, you got it right!) is a decent little performer for what it has to offer. 11 watts is considered a bit underpowered these days, but it does get the job done.
What are you using as your Topper (the thing you put juice in)?

The iclear tanks are the bottom feeders of tanks. I would definitely recommend upgrading to a protank, nautilus, aspire tank.

Ah... that is a hit-or-miss clearomizer. Some swear by it, others... well, not so much.
But hey, if it's working for you, that's the important part! I'm sure you're gonna get the Aspire Nautilus Mini recommendations, as a matter of fact, I'll make that recommendation!

This is a great community with lots of helpful people willing to give advice... Though not always good advice it's all given with good intentions I believe
The vv3 (I'm abbreviating here) is a fantastic ego style battery. I used to recommend it's bigger brother (mvp v2) to new vapers. It's similar to the vv3, but much longer battery life, and very durable (not sure how vv3 stands the test of time). If you want more battery life check out the isticks or mvp 20w or mvp3.

The iclear 30 is an ok tank. Imo the kanger aero or aspire nautilus bvc (or either ones mini option) far surpasses the iclear. If your satisfied with your vape, stick with it! If not take a look at these tanks for your vv3.

A few questions about the juice and I feel a little dumb asking them, but the lady at the shop in town has me 2nd guessing myself. I was smoking about a pack a day, secretly (this is much easier to hide btw) I originally bought some 12mg juice but it wasn't quite satisfying me I then bought a bottle of 18mg nude and am mixing it half and half with my 12mg a) how much is this affecting the flavor? And b) is this mix giving me roughly 15mg/ml as my math told me or is it pushing me well over 20mg/ml, as per the store?

Yeah, thats about 15.5mg or so.
It will thin the flavor a bit - a bottle of juice is usually around 15-20% flavoring.. and even those flavorings are usually deluded in PG or VG... so a little bit of flavoring goes a long ways. A lot of people stretch their bottles by mixing them down with pg or vg (either pure pg/vg or pg/vg with nic).
Whatever nic level makes you happy I say.
Personally I vape 3nic most of the day, but 6nic if I am not chain vaping. the 6 keeps me satisfied for longer periods. I'm using an advanced device with a dripper though, so the nic comes out stronger. As long as you aren't feeling nauseated or getting headaches and such (over nic-ing) I'd say your fine - do what makes you happy!

Is that 18mg Nude a mixed juice or a pure nicotine base?
For reference I started out at 18mg in a mixed juice. I was a pack a day smoker. I noticed it took a few days to adjust. I then dropped to 12mg in 2 weeks. 2-3 days to adjust. I dropped to 6mg in another 2 weeks with the same 2-3 days to adjust. I dropped to 3mg for 4 weeks with another 2-3 days to adjust and then switched to 0mg. That took the same 2-3 days to adjust and I occasionally vape 1-3mg nic when I need it.
When I say "adjust" I mean it was slightly like quiting smoking, but with out really bad cravings. Mostly I just ate like 4 meals and lots of snacks for those few days and I was okay.
Drink lots of water if you aren't already. Vaping tends to dehydrate you.
Also, most of us have started out with similar equipment as you did and progressed to higher end stuff. You don't need to, but if you get into vaping more, the flavors and vapor are better with higher end equipment. If you are satisfied where you are at and don't want vaping as a hobby, I'd almost suggest not ever trying the better equipment. Once you do, there is no turning back.
