1. Flavorings - I like Wizard Labs for all their tiny little bottles at very reasonable prices
2. Liquid Nicotine - again, Wizard Labs but I've also used Nude Nicotine when Wizard Labs is out which is often. They are very popular.
3. Propylene Glycol &/or Vegetable Glycerine - I would go ahead & get it from one of the above for my first batches but after that--Essential Depot on Amazon, Tractor Supply for the PG, Walmart for the VG.
4. Syringes & possibly beakers or little mixing bottles--they have a name but I forget what it is. I use my syringes--1 ml for flavors & nic, larger sizes for PG & VG. You'll need larger gauge blunt tip needles, too. I use smaller ones for the flavorings--largest you can get for the VG. You could just try using droppers but it's not very accurate but it will get you're feet wet.
5. You'll need little bottles, tips & caps to store all your wonderful creations in. Again, Wizard Labs & Nude Nicotine have them but you can find better deals if you look hard enough. It also depends on whether you want glass or plastic bottles.
