Hi there, I am 24 years old. I haven't smoked real cigarette in my life.
Since last month, my friend introduced E-cig to me and then I started to like it.
I just got my own E-cig (CE5) last week.
And I want to ask one question, how much Nicotine is too much for our bodies everyday?
I just purchased a 30ml e-liquid with 1.2%(12mg) Nicotine.
Does it mean the whole bottle only has 12 mg nicotine?
Thanks!
I am trying to calculate how much Nicotine do I get everyday,
thanks for helping!
Have a great day!!

Another question,
after these few weeks of smoking e-cig,
I am hving little bit of headache sometimes, is it normal?
It doesnt affect my life, I just want to know is it normal or not, thanks!

Thank you guys, I took it too easy because I didn't know what to choose and I thought 12mg and 24mg are not high.
I just did some research online and I found out it's super high.
I just changed all of my e-liquid orders to 0mg Nicotine.
Really thanks, have a great day guys!!

If I had never smoked I would go with 0 nic. You can still vape but then you don't have the risk of becoming addicted to something. I would never want to be addictted to nicotine like I am. I don't want to sound like I am lecturing you but I am speaking from my personal experience. I started smoking when I was in my teen years and now I am in my 40's. I vape and I still smoke analogs. I just can't seem to give up the analogs. It is a very miserable cycle for me because I know I am killing myself and I want to live. I know your probably thinking there is a difference in vaping nicotine and actually smoking analogs and you are right but no addiction is good.

I thought you were 24 years old vaping 12mg... not 24 mg. Maybe I read wrong. Why on earth would you want to start vaping nic when you've never smoked? Well, never mind... just thinking out loud. Anyway, do yourself a favor and if you're going to get involved with nic keep it low, low, low... 6 mg or below. Some vendors offer way low nic but you can also dilute what you have with plain USP VG from the drug store if you ordered too high a strength.

You are correct, 1.2% is 12mg, but it is per ml, not for the whole bottle. Your whole bottle has 12mg x 30ml=360mg of nicotine in the bottle. Figure out how many ml's you use in a day, multiply that by 12 (mg), and you have how much nicotine you get.

The headache is probably because of too much nicotine. For someone that has never smoked, I'm surprised that is the only symptom. Have you tried 0 mg nic liquid? I would definitely suggest you lower or eliminate the nicotine in your liquids.

Yeah, I was typing as you were letting us know.

You should just give the nic liquid to the 'friend' that got you started on the e-cig.

Thanks and enjoy! :vapor:

hi piggy, i've been smoking for 15 years and smoked 1,5 half pack per day regularly for the past few years until last september, then started vaping at 6mg and sometimes up to 9mg, it feels perfect for me
i don't feel headache, but when i've consumed too many liquid i don't know how but i automatically stop vaping, it's like i'm feeling full or sometimes i feel like i need to stop vaping..ymmv

Yeah, stay away from the nic man. Just vape the zero and just think of it as breathing a Jolly Rancher.
