I bought my Joytech eGo-CC on cignot few days before and it is my first e-cigarette.

I am kind of disappointed because the air flow is restricted and some e-juice is leaked to my mouth.

The atomizer has some e-juice on there is it the reason why the e-juice is leaked to my month and makes the air flow bad?

Hope you guys can help me to fix the problem.

Edit: And there is some e-juice on the top of the Clearomizer.

Greetings and let's see if I can hep ya out kurt........ LOL, fine username (-:

Anyhoo, I've been using two Ego-CC toppers for a bit over 6 months now I think. What you describe doesn't sound like leaking.
Rather, sounds as though you may be having issues with filling the thing.

So.

Refer to these diagrams as needed.

When ya fill the thing you need to use either a needle tip bottle or hypodermic.
I currently use the needle tip bottles from cignot.

Unscrew the head assembly. (base, head and head cap)
Hold the atomizer tube so that the mouthpiece points down.
The end pointing up you will see a rectangular white silicone gasket affair with a hole in the center. Next to the long sides of this gasket you will see 2 crescent shaped openings. These are air flow channels, remember this point!

With the gasket pointed up insert the tip of your bottle or hypo into the hole in the gasket and fill to about 3/4 (my preference).
When filling it is not uncommon to get liquid into the air channels.

Liquid in these air channels is the only way your going to get liquid into your mouth!

After filling if you see liquid on the gasket, around the air channels, remove the mouthpiece, place a tissue over the mouth piece end and the simply blow through the gasketed end.

With the air channels clear you should be good to go.
Hope this helps, like I said I've been using a couple of these for several months and love em'. And the Ego C-type atomizer used in the thing is amazing. They refuse to die!

The eGo-cc isn't very popular; hardly ever hear about it.

Was the air flow restricted from the start?

Maybe some liquid got into the airflow; should be able to blow it out I think.

And while apparently true it's also so very odd edyle.
Best darn carto I've used. Zero issues and as I mentioned above, the type C atties just keep going and going and....

I have 3 of these and they are sitting unused in a box. I liked the more restricted draw and they tasted good. But, I never could get them to stop leaking. Was uber careful when filling using a needle tip bottle to fill in the center hole and always made sure there wasn't any juice on top of the tank's gasket. Once the darn things started gurgling, a sure sign there is juice in the air channels, I would blow them out but sure enuf it would start again later. Got tired of constantly clearing the air channels. BTW if you don't clear the air channels once it starts gurgling, you will eventually start sucking juice. It seemed to me that either the tip on the atomizer was too short or the odd shaped (called rectangular in an earlier post) tank gasket was never making a good seal around either the tank or atomizer tip.

So I gave on these and switched to the Kanger pro mini. It's an EGO threaded tank like this one and about the same size. The draw is airier (is that a word?), but you can tighten that up by placing tape (or a lady bug sticker like I used on the wife's) over one or two of the air holes on the base.

All that said, sounds like someone got them to work, just wasn't me. Good Luck!

Your post brings up another oddball aspect to vaping.
Overwhelming majority of posts regarding the Aspire line-up of BCC's has them as being the best of the best of the best.
I could not get any satisfaction from the ET-S no matter what I did but with the Ego-CC it was perfection without thought. Go figure eh?

Yep, I've wanted to get a couple ever since they had come out last year; the only downside is its got a plastic window as part of the tank instead of glass.

They were the revolution in airflow, and kanger and aspire and followed suit by putting the airflow bases, but that doesn't compare to ducting the airflow upwards.

I got about 5 or 7 of those atomizers that came with my original ego-c's that I never use.

We certainly agree about the ET-S. Wife's first tank was a Pink ET-S BDC. Never did get that one working either to her satisfaction, swapped it out for PT mini too. Moved well beyond there now. She is using a iClear 30s on a SID, and I am using a Nautilus on a Hammer Mod and one on a Cool Fire II. Also using using a 30s on a VTR.

The Nautilus works great, but the coil issues kill me. The iClear 30s is way to airy for me so I stuffed a Smoktech air control under it. Wife likes her 30s just fine. Different strokes....

I want to thank you I have had the same issue. I liked it because I wasn't sure about the whole vaping thing. It has helped me not smoke cigarettes for over 3 weeks. I have been careful with filling it and sometimes it still goes into the top. I will try what you suggested. It may not be a high end but it's been great for me.

The aspire et-s I have has worked absolutely flawlessly. In fact, I'm ordering more. Since the design is the same, I'm going to have to assume the difference is in the atomizer. Since the atomizer sits at the bottom of the tank, there would a very fine line between too much liquid getting in and too little. I'm guessing variations would be responsible for different results. I have 2 of these which I've been using for 3 weeks and I'm still on the original attys. I haven't even cleaned them yet. Today is the first time I had any gurgling at all and needed to wipe the battery, so I'm thinking I going to have to finally swap the atty out and soak it overnight. We'll see if it performs any differently. My plan right now is to order 2 more of these and another ego winder and ditch everything else completely.

The Joyetech atomizers get a bad rap in the UK. I only ever knew one long-term user, and he just kept buying new ones at great expense.
Nobody on the vaping scene I go to uses them.
Most vapers I know (from meetings and forums) tend to use basic clearomisers to "get by" and rebuildable atomizers otherwise.

The combination of using a Spinner or Twist or iTasteVV at work with a mini Protank or iClear or Aspire or other "Kanger" and using mods and RBAs at home seems quite popular.

The great Ego-C debate. It was our first kit. Been smoke free over a year. They hold a high place in my vape journey. Now that's where it ends. The wife and I laugh at the prehistoric tools we survived on. They get dust today, wouldn't even give them to a noob to try out. I am a Protank user mostly and the wife uses Iclear 30 and Vivi Nova's. Got some Aspires, but don't get much love...the coil gunks up within 4 or 5 days. My suggestion on the Ego batteries....Mini Protank, Mini VV Nova, even some Aspires...all of these are exceptional to the Ego tanks. Leaking is very rare if at all. Great flavor and throat hit. Come out of the dark ages. Peace

The thing is...(i.m.o.) that Joyetech seem unable to realise the situation. They are still pushing (in terms of sales and development) the atomizer systems. In the UK, people go into a shop, get sold type A, type B, CC systems and then wind their way onto e-cig forums to say it doesn't seem very good.
I can't work out if Joyetech are avoiding the obvious (developing a clearomiser system) for money or some strange belief that the products are actually good. I know a few people get on with them, but the success rate seems low.

I met a Vaper back in September (2013) who was using tornado type atomisers. He was buying 2 x 5 packs a month. (£40) for him and his GF . I introduced him to a UK vendor that sold evods and mini novas. He reduced his atomiser running costs to £14 a month.
£26 a month is not insignificant.
