Reading the posts, it hit me that being able to order on-line would be very helpful. Getting a mod and some tanks that you can refill with nic juice is probably the cheapest and most effective. It was for me, anyway.

I switched overnight because I used effective juice. I just slowly reduced the nic after that. Been 2.5 years, but a satisfying journey.

just like you, i have just recently switched to vaping due to health reasons, and this time, it seems like i can finally quit those cigarettes!

Yes I am twenty four weeks smokefree and back at the gym jetts is the best gym I'm benching 120 kgs again and pull ups x ten and spending the smoke savings on better things like beer, dope and lotteries. Wish me luck!
