New to forum and hoping to get into vaping.

I'm on my second attempt to quit smoking, my first being screwed after a six months of success by evacuating New Orleans during Hurricane Gustav.

I've actually gone a few weeks with my habit at least controlled. Sometimes I'll go two or three days without a cigarette, and sometimes I'll smoke two-five cigarettes in one day. I really need something to help my keep myself away from 'analog' cigarettes and think the electronic cigarette might be the best answer to me.

I've seen the disposable e-cigs online and think they'd be a great place to start, but I'd really really like to get one with 0 mg of nicotine in it. Does anyone know of such a thing?

I'm having similar problems finding a kit that comes with 0 mg carts. I've got my nicotine addiction to a manageable point, but I need something to satisfy the habit before I wind up totally hooked again.

I also prefer made in America products, which I realize is generally the opposite of cheap... but I'm a little paranoid of inhaling anything that comes from China.

I know you guys probably get questions that are at least 98% similar to this one weekly, but I used the search function and hunted around for a while before making the account. Everything I found either linked to products containing nicotine or to products that were out of stock. So any help is greatly appreciated and thanked profusely ahead of time.

Most ejuice sellers, you'll be happy to hear, will and can do a ZERO nic flavor option. A lot have it on their 'drop down menu' so it may not be obvious at first but its easily obtainable; many members use it for late evenings and some just vape it because they want to reduce their nic intake overall.
Have a look at the websites linked in our Registered suppliers section or the eliquid reviews thread for info on vendors - depends what flavors you want of course :) All the ones listed under my banner do zero nic options, TV (tasty vapor) call theirs 'doublers' but I think they are the only ones with a 'special' name for it :)

Welcome btw!

Edit to add almost all the sellers we carry also show where they are based - the majority on this board are USA based.

I'm going to agree with CaptJay, in that many vendors do have 0% juices - you just select from their drop-down list of strengths. As much as I LOVE Tasty Vapors juices, as you only a light smoker, I think the 4oz doublers would take you forever to go through, unless you find a flavour that you love, & just want to stick with the one or 2!

As a light smoker, I'd be looking for simplicity, & smaller bottles of juice. I love my 2 piece KR808D-1. Simply screw on a cartomiser & start vaping. If you like, the cartos can be refilled with juice a few times before discarding. I bought mine at vapor4life.com (marketed as a vapor king) along with sampler packs of various flavoured cartos, including 0% nic. This is a popular model though, & is available from a few different vendors.

Another place to buy small bottles of really good quality 0% juices is mstsbakery.com I'm sure there'll be suggestions of other good vendors here too.

I bought the vapor king mini with the pcc case, and now I've got another question.

If I decide to upgrade to another vapor king, all I have to buy is a battery right? The atomizer and carts come in the cartomizer packs, if I understand everything right...

Great choice!

Yes that's correct, the cartomiser is the cart & atomiser together. You can choose to refill the carto a few times, or just throw it out & use a fresh one.

I now have several different sized batteries. I only get an hour or 2 from the shorty batteries (although you won't really need to worry much about that with a PCC) but I love them for stealthing or just throwing in my pocket to go down the road. The bigger batteries do last longer. I do like having batteries in different sizes/colours to use, depending on what I'm doing, & it is good to always have backups available.

Happy vaping! :vapor:

There are 2 vapor kings! One is a 2 piece unit which uses a battery and cartomizer (atomizer/cartridge - 1 piece unit) - the other vapor king is a 3 piece unit- batter, atomizer, cartridge - these two units are different and NOT interchangeable.

Which unit do you have? 2 piece or 3 piece?
