Hello fellow vapors,

I have been vaping for 5 yrs now, and like almost everyone else worked my way up from pen styles to bigger battery mods. Anyhow the reason I am here is to gain the knowledge of mech mods and rba's. My current setup is a Galileo mod with aga-t2 I tried building 3 coils on ss mesh. First one I just wrapped 4 times on oxidized ss wick- burnt taste. After little research checked ohm read like 3.2-3.4. Tried a few more coils and tested ohms trying to get in the 1.x range since I read that I may get better flavor and vapor. The kanthal I have is 0.2mm and I believe the mesh is 400. My question is with my setup will I be able to achieve good flavor and cape or do I need to make some changes.

thanx in advance:)

I may not be too much help with specifics. Wire is generally expressed in "gauge" of the wire, so I have no clue what the mm of the wire is. I have two AGA-T2 RBA's. I had full intentions of using these on an AltSmoke Silver Bullet (mech mod), but found that I much preferred using them on my Provari's (regulated mods).

I use 30 gauge Kanthal (6 - 7 wraps) to make a 2.0 ohm coil (probably too high resistance for your mech mod) with pre-wrapped 400 SS mesh.

There are some information resources specifically for using the AGA RBA in my blog, linked below, which may be of use for you.
