hello my names david i am new to this forum but i am not new to the vapeing world. i am very into mechanical mods now a days and recently purchased my second mod after my k101 shorted out because of the pin insulator.i ordered a caravela clone, igo w atomiser to go with it and some sony 30 amp vtc3's (wish fastech had the vt4). so in the sprit of things i cannot wait for it to get here i decided to build some serious coils to play around with my new mod. i only have 30 gauge kanthal a1 so i decided twisting 6 pieces together could be a good idea lol. but really im not new to electricity i have an ohm meter ( tho i question how accurate it is) i know how to calculate ohms law i took an automotive electrical class in college and passed with flying colors while also sparking new curiousity to a new area of engineering.
but anyways im wondering what you guys think about how accurate my meter is i wrapped the twisted kanthal around a 1/16 diameter and its a 4/5 wrap and im getting around .4 per coil if i play around with the leads on the meter so pretty much does this look like a .2 ohm dual coil?
