lock away your credit cards- failing that get a nice storage solution for all the stuff you're gonna buy(a foot locker should hold most of it). make sure you run out and buy every juice flavor every one will swear is the best and greatest thing ever made. don't forget that whatever way you enjoy vaping it is wrong and you need another tank, clearo or atomizer. make sure you buy plenty of wick and coil material, because if you don't make your own you are not REALLY vaping and enjoying the true flavor of your juice. be prepared to never be satisfied and if you want proof just scan this forum regularly. and most important, after you have been vaping a few weeks you are now an expert and make sure to tell every one else the equipment they need and the juice they should be using. enjoy!

This may be the best response I have ever seen.

I just bought my first vaping kit. My cousin, a current vaper, helped me make the purchase. I bought a proveri mini, cartamizer and all the basic accessories that I need to get started. So my question is this: Is there any advise that you can give me before I get started on this? I just want to be prepared so that when it gets here I can get started right away. Thanx for your help in advance.

Nice gear. I could have provided some advise before you purchased your gear. Best to just jump in and vape!

I've been vaping about 7 weeks now. What I have figured out so far...

Have a spare battery to go along with your other spare battery.

If using cartos: If you think 3 will be enough to get you through the day, take 5.
If using tanks: If you think 2 will get you through, bring 3

After a few weeks...

Oh wait, why am I bringing all these extra cartos or tanks, I can just carry that bottle of juice and reload. DOH!

I have just started to look at the modding aspect of vaping and it scares me. The modding/tinkering part doesn't scare me, it's the damage that will potentially happen to my bank account that scares me if I get really interested in it.

Oh, and Get yourself a dripping atomizer to taste things.

This is an excellent tip. But I have a question I was online looking into 306 atomizers and a lot of them are the "LR", low resistant ones which caution the use with a regular eGo due to voltage? This got me worried because I am not sure if my battery is fit for these and I would prefer not to ruin my battery. The LR 306 atomizers say use with a 3.7v battery and I think my battery is a 5v. Can someone give me any advice on what 306 atomizer would work with a 5v battery?
