New to vaping, help!

They don't really taste the same as tobacco. Some are better than others - but part of the fun with vaping is being able to try a variety of other kinds of flavors and enjoy your taste buds coming back to life.

Fruity/sweet and spearmint sounds good. If you check out the thread in the eliquid forum you get an idea of which of his flavors are more popular - although taste is subjective.
Anyway - you're set up. Now just have to wait for the mail.
What are your fav. types from mtbaker? Also how do you clean out the cartomizers?
My faves:
bananas gone nuts
moo juice (strawberries and cream)
caramel apple
bavarian cream
banana nut bread
cinnamon roll
butterscotch (with extra flavor shot)
hazelnut (with extra flavor shot)
I also really like his RY4 - which has a liquorice/aniseed kind of flavor. Not everyone's cup of tea but I like it.

Basically - rinsing under water, and if necessary what is called a dry burn for the heads. You would turn your Spinner to 3.8 volts for the dry burning. Also - the heads are replaceable, so you can also buy new ones.
I am very new and looking for help. I am sitting with a cigarette want to be done. I have read quite a bit and gather the best thing is to find a complete system. However, apparently they have to be ordered on-line. is there any place to pick up a system? Is it good to get a cheap one at Avondales while I chose a more expensive one?

I am basically brand new to this too, so I'll share my experiences trying to find flavors. If you can find a local store where you can walk in and sample flavors, it will help a lot as far as making choices. I was surprised how little I liked some of the liquid flavors that I like in food form. For example strawberry vapor flavors do not agree with me at all, but I love strawberries.
For the most part I have not liked many of the tobacco flavors I have tried, but there are exceptions. I have had a couple different vendors' "555" liquid that I liked, but most of the tobacco flavors just taste like unburned tobacco to me...sort of like inhaling some form of chewing tobacco.
After a week or two, you may find that your craving for the taste of your former cigarette brand has faded or been replaced completely with whatever flavor you have found you like.

You should be able to find something local if your Niagara Falls location is accurate. I know there are plenty of places on the US side nearby, the same is likely true in Canada. I think there is a list somewhere in these forums too, take a look or try your luck with the search tool at the top of the page.
Up-Date: Found "Midnight Vaper" in Dixie Mall. Gotta say...disappointed they are still in the basement. There needs to me more financial reward to this industry. Then I wouldn't have had to drive an hour...plus!!!!

Met Kevin, who calmly introduced me to Vaping...with a clearomizer and eJuice. He was incredibly patient and helpful.
He even helped me understand flavors and pick out an appropriate one.
I found this site before I found vaping. Getting into it can be overwhelming......but glad I found Kevin. I am now on my first day without analogues and feel VERY confident....Thanks Kevin...Thanks everyone on ECF for their inspiration.

I would start out with the ECO-C.. Easy to set up, Clearomizers are clear so you can watch your levels and they are easy to fill. I would recommend the following: The started kit. Extra Battery, 3 Extra Clearomizers (The Juice Tubes), and 4 different juices. On the juices I would make one of them a tobacco flavor that way you aren't jonesing for that taste. You will also need extra Atomizers...
And know that even though a lot of us are rookies like myself we are here to help with any questions. I started Vaping 2 weeks ago this coming Monday and went from 2 pks a day to 0 in 4 days....

The problem with kits is that you can't really make them your own and this is something you will be using a lot....
After many suggestions I went with a variable voltage spinner1300 mAh. It has taken me some time to get used to the vv but it is nice. Different juices and different delivery systems taste different on different volts. And from my understanding the higher the mAh the longer the batter lasts. It's about the size of a highlighter.
For the majority I still use cartomizers on it but I have an evod and vivi nova. Not sure yet which I prefer.
Find a battery that you really like and spend the money on it then go cheap and by the pieces from places like health cabinet or fast tech just my suggestion anyways.

just my suggestion anyways.When I started, all my friends were already gaping and they told me to go straight to mechanical mods. Their reasoning? They all had ego's and they thought mods were better, and you can get clones (knockoff ones) for about $40-60.
I bought one and it's the best decision I could have made, if only because mods have less parts to break when I drop it! But for ease of use/recharging, an ego is probably the way to go. You can still customize your vape by buying different drip tips, tanks and atomizer systems!
