New to vaping. On the V4L bandwagon.

It seems V4L is regarded as one of the best products and customer service -- so far I have nothing but great things to say! Got my shorty manual on Friday and I've been off and running.

Got 36mg (huge mistake) so I just ordered some 16mg and we'll try that. A couple of strong vapes with 36mg and it feels like I shotgunned a beer.

I've got some WOWPeppermint, Red Energy and Dr Pepper on the way. What are some other good flavors?

I was REALLY surprised how much I liked RY4 -- that seems to be a mix most vendors offer. What does everyone else think?

Can't help you to much on the flavors as everyones taste are different. As far as the RY4 as I understand it some venders have their version of it so it can be different from place to place.

With your 36mg you first purchased if you like the flavor but it's to high of a nic content you can get a 0 nic version of the same flavor (same vendor) and mix them equally which will result in 18mg so all is not lost there.

Nothing you can do for a prefilled cart except use it up and then refill it with what you want.

I'm still a newbie to vaping and will consider myself so until I have a lot more experience with experimenting. However, I will say that there are a lot of videos out there and forum discussions about the reuse of cartos. You can't "fix" the pre-filled, per se, but I have experimented with cleaning out the pre-filled and filling them back up with a lower nic level or different flavor (some flavors were just too too nasty for me). Is it a waste? Yeah but better than having cartos that you can't use.

Also, check the swap threads. You can find a lot of people looking for items (batteries, juice, cases, etc) and even if you can't find someone to swap with, you can post your own swap. Everyone here has been awesome and I have no doubt that if you keep searching, you will find something that works for you.

You can try offering them on the swap thread and if you don't get any bites, just wash them out. I like the Wow Peppermint, RY4, Wow Vanilla, and Wow Caramel. All the others taste like perfume to me. Eh... YMMV

RY4 is great... Probably one of my faves there. I've tried quite a few and if you haven't already, try the WOWboy. It reminds me of unsweetened ice tea but with a hint of warm chocolate flavor. I may not describe it well but it's a nice cape in the mornings. Their clove is good too.

Of all the ones I've tried, WOW Peppermint and Dunhall Menthol are my favorites. I know what you mean about the 36mg. I wanted to try WOW Pepermint, but at the time all they had was 36mg (I normally vape 18.) OMG 8-o ! 36 gave me the shakes and I would actually sweat! Have since moved back and forth from 18 - 24. 24 is not too strong but 36 was just way too much.

I'm not entirely sure if this works for these, but on my 510 cartomizers, I use what I believe is called the "reverse taryn spin method".

Put the rubber condom thing on the end of the battery end of your carto, leaving enough space between them to collect juice. Place the battery end of the carto in the bottom corner of a ziploc bag, or something like a velvet crown royal bag, and then wrap a rubber band or twisty tie around the outside of the bag around the carto. Now take the opposite end of the bag in your hand and spin it around for about 20 seconds, so that the carto is spinning towards the outside. The centrifugal force will pull the juice out of the carto and fill the condom. Now you have a cap full of juice you can reuse if you want, and an empty carto you can fill with whatever you want!

It's easier than it sounds. I don't really do it for the juice, it's just an easy way to clear out my cartos, and if I put the condom on there, not only does it not make a mess in the bag, but I can re-use the juice! Win-win for me.
