Welcome to ECF. You will love it here. Read the new members sections. There is a lot of information there. I like to browse through the new posts. It helps me see a cross section of what is being talked about across the board. I pick and choose what I want to read or learn about. This is a big forum. Explore and enjoy. Don't be afraid to ask questions. The people here are knowledgeable and nice.

I am happy for your success. I am ordering my first setup tomorrow morning and I hope to be as successful as you are.

Thats cool. I have been vaping for two weeks now and I think I can feel a difference in my breathing. Not sure though, kinda hard to tell. I do know that it doesn't hurt to take a deep deep breath anymore. So thats a good thing. Wow, already at 5 mg of nicotine. That is impressive. I haven't even thought of stepping down yet. Good job! This makes me hopeful for the future!

I do still have the occasional cig due to smoking 3 packs aday for quite sometime but its maybe only every couple days or weeks its barley at all that i will pick up a analog. I still cant believe I stopped buying packs I only smoked for under three years and now ive reached my goal of not being a smoker before my 21st birthday which was on friday. It feels amazing to be free from cigs.

Have you tried snikker from synergy? It's my favorite. I'm headed there in the next week or so to pick up another bottle!

So far im down to vaping 5mg of nicotine and its doing wonders. I use synergy vapor labs or freedomsmokeusa juice and its perfect. I have some vivi novas, t2s, attys, cartos, dct tank and everything works perfectly.

don't sweat the occasional analog. the saying around here is that it's not about the ones you smoke--it's about the ones you don't.

i also had a goal of quitting at age 21. i am now 61 and just quit a month or two ago. 3 PAD for much of that time. i wish vaping existed 40 years ago.

good luck on sticking to the spirit of your goal. i feel you will succeed. (and, trust me, you don't want to end up like me)

That's awesome man - we all pick it up young, but if you kick it young you'll be in a lot better shape overall. And don't beat yourself up because you still smoke a little, count the ones you don't smoke rather than the ones you do. I lurked on the forum for a couple weeks and read a ton of great info before finally re-registering (I tried this a few years ago and didn't make it as far as I have now), for the first couple weeks I was tapering off the cigs and didn't quit completely until a couple weeks ago. There's a thread on here somewhere for people who still smoke sometimes (wish I could find it to link you), they've got a good saying - "one less is one less."

EDIT: I didn't see dwallen's post before, s/he hit it before me. And congrats on the goal of getting off completely, being down to 5mg already is a helluva accomplishment...I'm at 18 during the day and 12 at night, and I only smoked between 0.5-1.5 PAD when on the analogs.
