Ok so my boxs of the new soft caps just came in. I will just list some of the minor differences and my initial impressions.

Differences: A hair taller than hard caps (I do mean a hair) Vapornine across bottom of carto, Its stylish not gaudy, I dont mind it. Slits on bottom of carto are about twice the size as hard caps.

Ok so I ran home from mail box and started filling the new cartos immediately. First thing I noticed is that you have to remove the soft cap to fill if your doing condom fill from battery end. Its extremely easy to do, just was surprised when juice came out the top as soon as I started filling. Looks like the soft cap is a little taller and almost touches the center tube (not quite touches) and so the juice travels right up through the cap.

This is not a problem, I popped the cap off and filled the carto. It still held over a condom full of juice and didnt look quite full.

So I threw this on my battery, and initial impressions are these are still great. I will give it a few more hours, but I still love these turbos!

I actually have that issue with the hardcaps too... I'm wondering a bit about the increased air flow, since I agree with others that the air flow was key to the long term consistency of the hard caps. But the fact that they're still taller (the 'other' soft cap premiums are the size of a standard carto, therefore shorter than a hardcap Turbo) gives me some hope that these still will do just as well with more liquid/greater consistency/improved lifespan.

Unfortunately, my mail person is actually pretty terrified of delivering my mail, lol. Not so much to the box, but when I have larger packages. There is a huge pack of mutts that somehow ended up on this property... totally had nothing to do with it, I swear. It's not my fault they are very... expressive... when it comes to welcoming cars navigating our li'l wooded lane, heh.

Unfortunately that makes plenty of sense...from a pure math perspective...they would do that

These really don't seem to be a drain on batt life at all. I'm still getting 6-8 (or more, if I'm not vaping frequently) hours outta my XLs, and the usual amount of time out of my others too.

Technically...if you're using stock batteries they're all on borrowed time...we're horibly abusing stock batteries...but yeah the math says that these would last longer before you have to recharge than the others

Hey Keyzy!

You will actually get better battery life on these than on a standard carto, which is in turn better than a 'premium' carto. Depending on the battery, it might not be all that noticeable, but the math doesn't lie!

(BTW, it WILL be noticeably better than a premium carto!)

I bet you will love these once you try 'em!

It is very noticeable. I get pretty much the same battery life using Turbos as I do using regular cartomizers (maybe even a tad better, not sure). The premiums cut the battery life almost in half. When I first got them I thought there was something seriously wrong with my batteries. I still use all three kinds and there is no doubt about that.

Yes, I agree - the difference between these and a premium is HUGELY noticeable. I was trying to state that the difference between these and a standard KR8 carto is less noticeable. I also qualified it with 'depending on the battery', but I should have been more clear all around! I have one older battery that is probably on it's last legs, and since it suffers less life between charges, the difference is marginal (between a standard and a Turbo). But put a premium on it, and it's a goner in no time at all!

I'm either freakishly lucky or I'm not vaping nearly as much as most people. All I have at the moment are premium cartos from another supplier (my turbos should arrive Mon or Tues), but I'm getting hours of use out of my batteries. I went to a party the first night my PV arrived and a battery lasted me a good five hours. I haven't had to swap batteries more than once during the workday in the past week.

Maybe that can be chalked up to using a different brand of premium?

the turbos don't drain battery life as badly as the other brand premium soft caps do. (the hard caps for that brand are more like the turbos.) and you're probably also perhaps still vaping on a schedule somewhat like smoking, perhaps? so probably--less than key is. XL bats should be lasting 5-8 hours, regulars 3-6 hours, shorties 2-4 hours. (i know those are large margins, but obviously the amount of time someone spends vaping during that period has a huge effect.)

I have some soft caps and some hard caps. Haven't noticed a difference, but I haven't been watching for it and I do tend to trade between them every hour or two. I do fall into that 3-6 hour span with my regular batteries.

The good news is that my battery life might improve with the turbos. I'm all sorts of down with that.
