New use for ashtrays?

Eh, my husband still smokes analogs AND vapes, so I still have to deal with ash trays.

I'll be so happy when he converts completely. I'm working on him.

We only have one (real smoke goes outside so he can't smoke in the house) and it's actually a really neat-looking glass dish we found at a yard sale and converted to an ash tray. It'll probably become a candy bowl.

Have a few 30 ml bottles of juice in one. I have a car with an empty one... good spot for atomizers!

How exactly do you clean one properly? I've emptied but not cleaned the one in my car. Was going to just see if I could buy a new one. Didn't think soap and water would do it... I smoked in that car for 8 years.

I will leave one outside for friends though. I always hated when someone who was a non-smoker but had smoking friends didn't have an ashtray anywhere.

Far from innovative... but drip tip bowls. And place holders at the very top of a cupboard... reminders of days gone by.

Boil it, scrub it with something that will tear a layer off of it and boil it again. Repeat until you are comfortable with it. If you wouldn't use it don't expect other people to.

I like how the notches tend to fit a few of my vaporizers very well and makes people visiting take a second look. If you have anything that leaks from the top (for whatever reason, intentional or unintentional) you can sit your PV down in the notch and have it tilted up a bit as not to leak.

I have 2 ashtrays that are a the perfect size to hold 7 30mil bottles...

Upside down ashtrays are perfect for lifting up plants off of wood. We use them on our entertainment center and hutch. The leaves hide the tray. Much better than tuna cans.

I have one of those that you push and the ash went inside, now everytime i want to smoke i stick 20p in it and have a good vape.
End of the week, after buying juice carts etc goes into the huge whiskey bottle as my holiday fund
