For my chart: The istick 40w does not have a replaceable battery? But the istick Pico does?
Indeed. I have both. I prefer the form of the 40w but the replaceable battery of the Pico.
I also have the Pico Squeeze (no.... don't look.... :D ) and it's a squonker (no.... don't look.... :D ).. and not a very good one either.

Any good US online stores to suggest? I am very familiar with My Freedom Smokes (MFS), but they don't seem to have as good of a selection as some others have.

How is My Vapor Store (MVS)? The one I see the most with a great selection and helpful info.

Others I have looked at:
Heaven Gifts
VaporDNA
VapeNW
Direct Vapor
Ecig-city.com,, killer prices
Vaporbeast,,fun attitude
Vaporkings,,hi-end..

I thought Heaven's Gifts (is that what it's called?) was a Chinese site. Looks kind of pricey too.
Shows you how much I don't know.

I remember Sweet Vapes getting mentioned often.

Google calls it "Vaporizer store in Sheboygan, Wisconsin"

Interesting name. Zhi Boi Gan. The new home of Fasttech?

Thanks. I bookmarked those, but none of them have all of the stuff I am looking for.

Do you know anything about My Vapor Store (MVS)?
They seem to have everything on my [possible] list...plus they sell the Endura with the stand (in case I decide to get one of those).

Ok, now I need to understand what I have to order/replace regularly for the various tanks (coil heads?) since I will no longer be buying the little 5 packs of cartomizers like my current tanks from V4L. Help?

Right now I'm looking for info on:
Toptank Mini &/or Nano
Aspire Nautilus (5 mL)

The Endura Prizm I have figured out (it's inexpensive)

Nautilus takes "Aspire Nautilus BVC" coils. Must be those, not "Aspire BVC", which are smaller and Aspire BDC which are poor and outdated.

Toptanks take "Kanger SSOCC". They also take OCC (old versions, less good i.m.o) and maybe more.
Definitely NOT SOCC, those are for small tanks.

I only see the Aspire Nautilus BVC coils in 1.6 or 1.8 ohms. Is that sufficient? I thought 1.2 or lower was supposed to be better.

The Kanger SSOC has quite a selection.

These coils are kind of expensive compared to what I've been used to. Do they last a long time and do you get many 'duds'? I actually get the cartomizers to last about a month. I think not using any flavoring might make a lot less gunk. I remember trying to use vanilla flavoring and it gunked up a lot.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the The Eleaf GS air 'M' tank, but at this point of my research it seems a bit hard to find around here and even harder to find coils.

Maybe they are gradually disappearing? I get mine from China anyway. ($6 for 5)

With regard to replacement coils.
I work on the theory of about a week using strong flavors. Rarely less, often more (8-10 days).
If you use unflavored, you could expect much longer.

People don't like the cost of coils, but if you maintain 2 tanks and used juice which requires a change-out of both coils every week (that's a worst-case really), yes it would cost two coils per week. In the UK, purchased through a domestic shop, that's the equivalent of $5 per week.
$5 buys 9 cigarettes a week in the UK, so it's not something I would worry about.

If you extended the life by using unflavored, safe to say you costs will go down a lot.

Wow! $5 for 9 cigarettes? I guess I should be counting my blessings! They are a bit over $5 for a pack of 20 here.

At first I was thinking I was paying $3.25 for 5 carts but that was actually each. But they recently started selling 15 packs for $40 ($2.67 each). So I guess the new cost won't be too bad. I do see the Nautilus coils are cheaper than the SSOCC ones.

So what is the optimal coil ohms for the toptank mini or nano to get a really good mtl?

Oh yeah, I think I have pretty much decided to get my husband a Subvod and debating on getting myself an Endura - with no extra tank at this time.

My question/dilemma now is whether I should get him the Subvod with Nano or go for the bigger tank and, I suspect longer lasting battery, on the Subvod Mega TC with the Mini tank. The only problem I have with ordering the Mega is it comes with 1 coil, a 0.15 ohm, and no extra glass. I fear I might have to order an extra glass and of course more coils. We tend to drop these things a lot. :/

That is an unacceptable price @NewVap

A 5 pack should be around $10. I've seen them for $9.50 i.i.r.c.

Asking for $40 for 15?.... disgraceful...

In terms of SSOCC for Kanger. The 1.2ohm is more designed for MTL. It's the airflow more than the exact resistance.

Thanks for the info! You have been so helpful! Sorry, I have been so difficult. :/

Yeah, disgraceful it right! That is one of the main things I have hated about V4L, over priced! I should not have to pay that much for carts or $60+ to replace a battery.

What about the Subvod for my husband? You think I'd do better to get the Mega?
